Nice bed. Location is not bad, but it is hard to return from the city center after a long walk. You have to go up 20 minutes.
Nice terrace for breakfast
We arrived early and had to pay 40 soles for early check-in, despite the fact that the room was free.
The breakfast is weak, same scrambled eggs every day.
We had an early checkout and asked for a breakfast box. The hotel refused.
The shower is always warm, never hot. Rooms are cold. I am a bit disappointed.
No elevator, our room was on the 4th floor.

Very friendly and helpful staff, I like the location because it wasn’t right in the middle and too busy or loud, nice included breakfast and very comfortable and clean room. Great value for money.

Las estancias parecen mucho mejores en las fotos que en vivo
Había un ruido espantoso en las habitaciones supuestamente “superiores”. Imposible dormir, alarmas de coche, coches y furgones toda la noche. Y en las habitaciones económicas no hay ventana (la ventana da al pasillo del hotel). No te dan jabón (1 sobre de gel para dos personas?? Y pastilla de manos para la ducha??)
Excelente ubicación, me gustó el trato del personal, las habitaciones limpias y ordenadas, la vista a la plaza de san Antonio es lo mejor.

El baño corria la llave del agua mojando todo el piso teniendo que cerrar la llave de paso en 2 oportunidades. Le cobraron 40 soles a mi madre que estaba en pieza separada por pasar a manchar la sabana con fluidos fisiologicos por accidente de mal altura y beber agua cruda en un tour por comprar un jugo de chicha. No nos explicaron que teniamos derecho a lunch box los primeros dias,cuando saliamos temprano a tour,el 4to dia se nos informo, nos hicieron la estadia incomoda puesto que nos pedian el plato y cuchillo que solicitamos para comer fruta en la mañana y en el desayuno no habia nada y nos pedian todos los dias el plato y cuchillo. Habian insectos en las piezas, no teniamos luz natural ,la ventana daba al pasillo. La luz artificial del pasillo no dejaba dormir en las noches. Fue incomodo, las habitaciones que se veian en booking no eran las que pagamos,nos sentimos estafados y con mal estar porque estabamos lejos del centro historico y caminar desde las 6pm ya estaba oscuro y peligroso y en booking desian q eran 5 cuadras pero es mucho más que eso, el hotel nos dejaron en el piso mas alto sin ascensor mi mamá es adulto mayor y con varias patologías dificultando subir con sus bolsos. Un dia solicitamos que nos despertaran para un tour y no lo hicieron. Nos hicieron problema por las toallas también.
