Solo estuvimos unas horas en Arequipa. Para el uso que le dimos cumplió las expectativas. Pudimos dejar las maletas temprano, antes del Checking. El personal muy amable.
Para obtener agua caliente de la ducha hay que preguntar al personal, es poco intuitivo. Además, la presión de la misma es baja.
Los de recepción muy profesionales y atentos
Habitación implecable limpieza, Desayuno básico pero bien, la ubicación es un poco apartada del centro historico.
Muchas gradas, poca fuerza en el agua de la ducha, no es necesario que golpeen para saber si se necesita más toallas o papel, con colocar afuera un colgante que indique que si es suficiente.

Lo único que para personas mayores o prob en la rodilla hay que subir escalas
Las instalaciones, el desayuno y el gym, que aunque pequeño, bastante funcional.
Imposible ajustar la temperatura del agua de la ducha... O te quemas o helada.
