Just fantastic!
Pros:

The staff were very accommodating, welcoming and friendly. Even with a language barrier, Google Translate stepped into assist both parties.
The room, amenities and location were outstanding. We upgraded to the sauna suite for a relatively small fee and it was well and truly worth the extra expense!
We would highly recommend this property!

Nothing, it was perfect.

Modernes Stadthotel in guter Lage mit eigenem Parkplatz
Pros:

Modernes Stadthotel in zentraler Lage. Doppelzimmer noch ausreichend groß - zu viert allerdings schon etwas beengt. Kleine Küchenzeile vorhanden. Zum Hotel gibt es einen eigenen kleinen Parkplatz etwa 100m neben dem Hotel, auf dem man nach dem Checkin einen reservierten Platz hat, also auch ruhig abends noch wegfahren kann. Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Glover Park. und auch Gehweite zu Chinatown etc.

Cons:

Zimmer waren etwas eng - allerdings waren wir auch 4 Erwachsene....

Great stay for the family!
Pros:

Location was great, centrally located to everything we wanted to see. The room we had on the 9th floor had great city views. Staff was very helpful during the check-in and check-out process as well as when we had questions! There were enough breakfast options for our picky eaters to choose from but not so many that they got overwhelmed! We also enjoyed the bakery on the first floor for drinks and baked goods throughout the day. We elected to pay for daily parking on site, very easy and convenient. We selected a room to fit 5. The room was spacious and fit our family of 5 easily. Everything contributed to a wonderful trip!

Amazing stay
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at FAV LUX Nagasaki. The neighborhood is amazing:full of charm, great spots to explore, and a really nice atmosphere that made our trip even more enjoyable.
The room was fabulous: incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. We especially loved the small cooking area, which made the stay feel even more comfortable and convenient.
On top of that, the price was surprisingly affordable for such quality, which made it feel like an even better deal. And we can’t forget the café inside the hotel:the cappuccino there was honestly one of the best we’ve ever had!
Overall, we really loved this place and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!
