Yatak biti var. Erken check-in için gelmeden önce onaylamalarına rağmen girişimizde extra 6 dolar istediler. Apartmanın asansörü Osmanlı zamanından kalma düzgün çalışmıyordu. Heryer tozdu. Perdeler toz ve pislik içindeydi.

You are not allowed to move the luggage of your customers without permission. Only two membres could speak english. If you are a foreigner, you will have to roll the dice. Power and water shortage during my stay.
this place was quite reasonable for its price. i dont understand its rating is so low. my room was huge with a high ceiling. the building looks hictorical with an fascinating achtitecture and also its location is very good. the employees were very helpful. it was really a good experience for me.
dont trust to much to the ratings of the hotels in egypt. because sometimes a hotel with 9-10 rating is not good (because the insist you to give good rating). and sometimes low rating place can be very satisfying like this hotel.
sheets can be cleaner. they smell ok but there is some hair on them.
the soap was very nice
The staff was nice. Special mention to Abderahmen who was really very kind, polite, and very helpful. he helped us with absolutely everything. he was there for us from start to finish. a big thanks to him. Also the 2 girls in the reception and the maid was nice. Good localisation in Downtown close to everythings, the hôtel is clean 👍 :)

Very Old & Need to be renovated
The room was not clean and the bed was actually filthy. The bathroom was pretty new but terribly made and nothing was working properly. Also they charged us for using a mini bar even though we didn’t take anything, but of course it would be stupid to fight for 10 pounds. The breakfast was also very mediocre and they simply should not provide it at all and maybe focus more on cleaning the rooms and washing the bed sheets.
