Персонал выше всех похвал отличные, душевные люди, много мелочей как то лопаты и щетки возле входа что бы очистить снег, невидимая уборка/ смена полотенец, отношение к детям и гостям!

Super Satisfied
Pros:

The Hotel was easily accessible with a private parking area. The rooms were cozy and hot during these pretty cold days. The room fulfilled all our needs of a family of 4 adults. The hallway and the restaurants environments so warm and comfy. The breakfast and the food in general is of a very high quality and the whole experience here was joyful. The staff was so hospitable, caring and kind that you cannot ask for more, especially Darko who was the gem of this Hotel. Super satisfied and if I come to Zabljak again I would definitely stay in MB again!

Boravak u ovom hotelu je bio zaista fenomenalan. Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno, profesionalno i uvijek spremno da pomogne, zbog čega se čovjek osjeća dobrodošlo od samog dolaska. Hrana je bila odlična – raznovrsna, svježa i veoma ukusna, sa puno izbora za svačiji ukus. Smještaj je takođe na visokom nivou: sobe su čiste, udobne i lijepo uređene, sa svim što je potrebno za prijatan boravak. Sve u svemu, hotel je ispunio, pa čak i nadmašio moja očekivanja. Topla preporuka svima koji traže kvalitet, komfor i vrhunsku uslugu.
