Pros:

Location was just a stone's throw to the Nagoya Hill mall. Plenty of eateries and money changers in the vicinity. Room was generally clean and comfortable.

Cons:

All the pillow provided were too high. Good to provide some softer ones so as to provide a choice. For one of the rooms given us, there was an odour coming from below the toilet bowl (Rm 705) and the light outside the toilet keeps flickering which affected my mother's sleep.
