Very good.hospitality. staff was efficient from the moment entered hotel. Front desk was very polite helpful and friendly. Room was as per picture. Sufficient and nothing to complain. All went well. Well located too as it's just opposite Nagoya

Pros:

房间很干净，隔音也很好，员工们的态度很亲切友善，该有的设施都会有，价格很便宜

Cons:

洗澡时水忽大忽小，一下很烫一下又冷😅，杯子感觉有灰尘，没人用过就没去清理吧希望会改善😊

Pros:

Location was just a stone's throw to the Nagoya Hill mall. Plenty of eateries and money changers in the vicinity. Room was generally clean and comfortable.

Cons:

All the pillow provided were too high. Good to provide some softer ones so as to provide a choice. For one of the rooms given us, there was an odour coming from below the toilet bowl (Rm 705) and the light outside the toilet keeps flickering which affected my mother's sleep.
