Look at this hotel as 3 star not 4 star with ranking of 8.0 not 8.8

The front desk people and staff in general are very friendly

The breakfast open buffet was Excellent

Cons:

The furniture and fixtures are worn and have some damages and rust

Bathrooms are cold because there is no heating in bathroom

Hot water in some rooms is not working properly

The sink in some rooms does not drain properly

Отличные завтраки. Отель недалеко от аэропорта. Очень красиво снаружи.

Cons:

Номера не совсем свежие. Душевая кабина старая. Охрана отеля ведет себя надменно и не очень дружелюбно.

First stay at the Opal but not my last
Pros:

It was my first time in Amman and I definitely picked the right hotel. The room, staff, and restaurants were all great. It was excellently priced for all that I received. I will stay there again.

Beautiful escape
Pros:

First off, its a beautiful hotel. The room was lovely, clean and spacious. Also, the breakfast buffet was wonderful. It had a variety of choices and everything was delicious. Even the hotel resturant had yummy food.
