Very disappointing
Pros:

Very little.

Cons:

Very disappointing...this is a three star hotel at best pretending to be five stars. Very grand from outside but poor service, luke warm showers, noisy, eating restricted to room service.

Ho alloggiato qui in attesa di tornare a casa mia durante gli attacchi missilistici. Ciò che è piaciuto: Pulizia, camera grande, prodotti da bagno, arredamento. Gentile il ragazzo delle pulizie.

Cons:

La SPA dicono fosse in manutenzione, ma a quanto pare è un’informazione che dicono a tutti i clienti da mesi, quindi probabilmente è una tattica/scusante poco carina che utilizzano da molto tempo. Il prezzo, proprio perché la SPA non funziona, è alto rispetto ai servizi offerti. Il personale non è molto cortese, il livello di inglese dei dipendenti è piuttosto deleterio. Nonostante l’orario della colazione fosse indicato come 7-12, alle 9 di mattina già il buffet chiude, quindi sei costretto ad alzarti presto per usufruire del servizio. Inoltre, ciò che viene offerto a colazione è molto discutibile ed anche qui il personale ha un livello di inglese piuttosto deleterio, per cui risulta complicato comunicare.

Pros:

Location great, on desert highway out of Amman, near airport. Allowed us a quick overnight stop without going in to Amman before heading to Petra.

Pros:

Great for an over night before the airport.
Fab buffet and breakfast from 06:00.

Cons:

We had room 208 which seemed to be under the dinning room and the cleaner seemed to be moving furniture around until 01:30.

Bra hotell nära till flygplatsen
Pros:

Hotellet var inte så långt från flygplatsen. Välstädad. Bra säng. Frukosten var bra. Parkering direkt vid hotellet. Trevlig personal i receptionen.

Assez proche de l’aéroport

Cons:

On nous a donné une chambre où il faisait froid (18 degrés) le chauffage était très bruyant et impossible de dormir avec autant de bruits (la ventilation passait son temps à s’arrêter et repartir).
On nous a donné une chambre avec une salle de bain adaptée aux personnes à mobilité réduite (sans pare douche ou paroie) c’est donc juste une vaste pièce carrelée avec un toilette et un lavabo.
Il y a un pylône électrique juste à côté de l’entrée de l’hôtel

The biggest issue with this hotel is the complete lack of soundproofing. You can clearly hear everything from neighboring rooms and the corridor - conversations, doors, footsteps, tv

Also, the “no alcohol served” policy is stricter than it sounds. Not only is alcohol unavailable at the hotel, but bringing your own is not allowed either. All bags are scanned at the entrance. You have to leave alco in your car if you have a car or drop it.

Pros:

Wir waren für eine Nacht Gast in diesem Hotel. Das Restaurant war großartig. Das Essen mega lecker und die Preise für ein Hotel sehr gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat alles in den Schatten gestellt. Es gab alles was das Herz und der Magen begehrt.
