Buona la posizione e la colazione varia

Cons:

Nonostante avessimo prenotato una stanza Superior con balcone, eravamo al primo piano; quindi non potevamo aprire il balcone perché altrimenti sarebbe entrata tutta la polvere dei lavori in strada ed in più la privacy era totalmente inesistente.
L’insonorizzazione della camera inesistente sia con le camere accanto (abbiamo sentito tutta la discussione dei ragazzi della stanza di fianco) che con i rumori della strada…non abbiamo quasi chiuso occhio.
Cosa più assurda…il governante dell’hotel ci è entrato in stanza con la propria chiave senza aspettare il permesso di entrare (noi in quel momento eravamo in camera)
Un asciugamano era macchiato di giallo.
Gli ascensori non funzionavano e la sauna era fuori servizio.

Pros:

Price was cheap

Cons:

It was not clean, location was hard to get to and no parking, the tv was placed in a corner with a wall beside it so it couldn’t be seen, bathroom was dirty, floor was dirty, lights were very dim. Cleaners did not clean properly.

Nos trataron muy bien durante el checking, también apreciamos la comodidad de la habitación y room service.

Cons:

Íbamos sobre todo por el spa. El spa consiste en sauna, steam room y piscina. La sauna no estaba operativa, una de las duchas de la piscina estaba rota, la temperatura del spa no era tan agradable, más bien fría si salías de la piscina caliente. El steam room tiene banquetas que se mueven, un poco inestables y el cabeza del grifo estaba roto. Las tumbonas no son muy cómodas.
