Pros:

De kamers zijn groot en zien er schoon en goed uit. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk.

Cons:

Het zwembad water was zo warm, om af te koelen hoefde je niet in het water. We hadden erg veel last van de buren, die in de nacht erg luidruchtig waren. Hier werd te weinig mee gedaan.

Pool, cheap drinks on the roof terrace

Cons:

Overall, the hotel was good, but there were several frustrating issues. The elevators were extremely slow, and the rooms already felt somewhat worn despite the hotel being only around two years old.

The rooftop pool area was nice, but there was no bar or staff member selling drinks, which was disappointing for a rooftop pool experience. There was also a suspicious person around the hotel who appeared to be trying to scam guests, which made us feel uncomfortable.

We confirmed our late check-out several times, but staff still came knocking on our door twice before the agreed check-out time. There were also some unclear additional charges, including the security deposit and city tax.

The hotel has potential and many good qualities, but the communication, maintenance and overall guest experience could be improved.

Сподобалась розташування, все поруч, ресторани та пляж

Cons:

Номери без вікон , одяг просто не висихає . Ліфт живе своїм іншим життям . Прибирання жахливе , постіль просто застелили та не міняють . Рушники теж не міняли . Сміття у туалеті у нас 2 дні не могли забрати. Халати порвані .

Nice stay in Malta
Pros:

The room was nice and spacious and clean. The staff were very polite and helpful. The location was good 5 minute walk to the beach. Good value for money.

Pros:

Chambre decrite avec puit de lumière qui n en est pas un.
Pas de fenêtre aucune ouverture possible sur l extérieur bien dommage.
Rangement inexistant.
Les vêtements prenaient une odeur par manque d aération.
Pas de pression d eau pour la douche.
Mitigeur capricieux ...pour un hotel spa sachant que les clients sont en maillots de bain , il n y a rien pour les faire sécher.
Aucuns étendoir.
L espace spa en sous sol et très sombre, peu attractif.
Les ascenseurs sont très lents, malgré qu il y en ai 3.
Partie terrasse restaurant, une partie est exposé aux moteurs de climatisation très bruyants.
La piscine sur le toit, l eau reste à désirer le sol est visqueux.
On est exposé aux chaudières, par moments fumées et odeurs de fuel viennent contaminés le plaisir d être sur la terrasse.
Le plus , le personnel est très agréable, très souriant et très serviable.
Malgré le fait d être dans un secteur ultra festif, aucune nuisance sonore à relever.

Stay away unless you’re here to party

Comfy bed, good bathroom and shower. Room was nicely decorated.

Cons:

Full of very drunk youngsters who partied all night. Pool was tiny and crowded. Check in experience was the worst we’ve ever had to experience. We arrived early and were sent away to wait for 3pm. At 3pm we joined a long queue for one check in desk, behind big groups of very drunk lads. This took 45 minutes followed by a 15 minute wait for a lift.
We had an adjoining room and our neighbours partyd hard with loud music until 4am.

The worst hotel stay imaginable and I would advise people not to book unless you want to join the party.

Pros:

La chambre est spacieuse, le petit déjeuner buffet est très complet et convient vraiment à tous les goûts. L'hôtel est vraiment très bien passé à deux pas de la place principale de la plage ou encore des centres commerciaux. La piscine rooftop est également très agréable. Enfin un service de bagagerie est disponible à l'accueil après le check out.

Cons:

Pour un weekend de 3 jours la piscine rooftop a été privatisé 2 fois pendant 2 heures au beau milieu de l'après midi, je trouve ça dommage car lorsqu'on a payé un certain prix nous attendons d'avoir accès à ce que nous avons payé tout le long de notre séjour.

I expected much better.

The room did not meet my expectations. There was dampness and moisture on the ceiling, the room had no window and poor ventilation, which made it feel uncomfortable. The breakfast was quite limited and not very good. On the first day, there were no towels in the room.Overall, I expected a better experience for the price.
