Overall i would recommend.
Pros:

Spacious and nicely furnished rooms. High quality of dinner.

Cons:

Slow and inexperienced staff in dining room. At least twice they always came to ask who ordered what and once they forgot to bring a drink

Pros:

Es war sehr gut ausgestattet. Das personal war sehr nett und hat immer geholfen. Auch mit keinem perfektem englisch vom gast keine probleme beim verständigen, weil sie einen gut verstehen. Die Rezeptionistin Sabrina war sehr nett und hat uns eine angenehme, reibungslose und schnell Ankunft und Abreise geschaffen.

Pros:

Struttura moderna,camera molto ampia e arredo nuovo,ben pulita. Colazione ottima,ampia scelta sia per il salato che dolce. Piscina all'aperto molto piacevole e anche una interna,con sauna e bagno turco (hanno anche servizio massaggi...ho provato un massaggio e il massaggiatore davvero molto bravo). Tutte le persone dello staff sempre disponibili e gentili. Possibilità di usufruire delle piscine anche nella giornata del check out.
Posizione centralissima,vicino a tutti i locali ,ristoranti e fermate bus.

Cons:

Unica pecca è che le camere senza balcone hanno affaccio su un cavedio interno da cui non entra luce e anche il ricircolo d'aria è difficoltoso,quindi in pratica è come stare in una stanza completamente chiusa, senza finestra. Il condizionatore è l'unico modo per far cambiare l'aria.Andando al mare,costumi e teli si asciugavano a fatica,restando praticamente sempre umidi.Quindi,come consiglio,se si ha intenzione di fare una vacanza lunga(in cui fare anche mare), sconsiglio di prendere camere senza balcone.

Haben für 6 Tagen bezahlt sind nach einer Nacht ausgezogen. Schimmel im Zimmer und Bad sinkt nach Küche von der Lüftung. Schlechtes unfreundlich Personal. Nie wieder in diese Absteige

Whole hotel was very noisy, it has no policy for silence during night hours. The elevator was super slow and it had annoying music inside.

Cuscino troppo gonfio e grande scomodissimo non si riesce a dormire bene… aria condizionata per due giorni non ha funzionato bene poi in seguito funzionava bene
