The room was cold. The conditioner didn’t work for heating. The window doesn’t open. The room didn’t have a balcony. Black plastic glasses. 3‑in‑1 coffee (I haven’t seen that in hotels for a long time).
First, you had to go to the reception, get towels for the spa, and leave 20 euros as a deposit. Then you had to go down to the spa area. The spa is a separate disappointment. There are no changing rooms or showers. There are two showers in the open area by the pool. Cold water and a temperate atmosphere. And attention, you can’t go to the spa in robes from your room. The sauna temperature is 62 degrees. In the hammam, there are plastic benches that are wobbly. And overall, there’s a sense of cheapness everywhere.
And be ready for all the time noise from construction work.

Value for money, very clean, friendly and accommodating staff. Great location, would return but book a room with a balcony for natural daylight

Our stay in Malta was unfortunately disappointing. The staff were friendly and the hotel was reasonably clean, but the room was extremely noisy, making it difficult to relax and sleep. The breakfast was poor, and my girlfriend became sick after eating there. We also received no helpful solution from the hotel after raising our concerns. Overall, the stay was not as relaxing as we had hoped.
Loved everything, lovely and spacious room/ will definitely go again.
The only thing I did not like is that the indoor pool was not heated
