Rooms were comfortable and clean. Very good hotel for a short stay in budget. Very nice staff. I stayed here after changing 4 hotels and it was good.

Cons:

Need to improve breakfast. The only channels with proper frequency were News channels rest were not clear. Please work on that

Prime location, easy access, zero hassle. Room was exactly what you want after a long day, clean, cozy, and well kept. Washroom was also spotless.
Service team carried the stay, quick and genuinely helpful.
Ordered food and tea, both on point.

Cons:

Breakfast is the only area that needs a lift that would match the rest of the experience.

Pros:

Rooms are clean. Breakfast was good and the location of the hotel is very good. Taxis and other landmarks are nearby. Customer service is also good and they accommodate guests very well.

Cons:

The lack of hot water was a major issue during the stay. Basic amenities like the dental kit, kettle were also missing from the bathroom and room and had to be specially requested. But the customer service was good. So they managed it.

Pros:

It was excellent trip...they given full protocol snd provided breakfast according to my timings.room was neat and tidy...overall v good stay and it was lucky stay because i passed my exam too.
