Pros:

Very friendly staff, Raffet helped us to finish planning our stay, communication was great, all the staff was very helpful, breakfast was really good, the room was comfortable, nice, clean, and the location was great. I’d come back to this hotel.

Excelente ubicscion, staff amable, hotel limpio
Pros:

La ubicación es ideal para recorrer el downtown de Amman, muy cerca el anfiteatro, rainbow, lugares de comida y de souvenirs, todo te queda caminando . El staff fue muy amable en todo momento, el auto se quedó estacionado justo a la salida del hotel, como tal no es estacionamiento cerrado, pero yo estuve tres noches y no tuve ningún inconveniente, la habitación tiene frigobar

Cons:

Nuestro televisor no funcionó y no lo pudieron solucionar, el agua caliente era algo intermitente mientras uno se bañaba, pero no llegó a hacer grande el problema

Welcoming hostel near the beating heart of downtown Amman
Pros:

Wonderful, welcoming staff, clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast and good location, easy walking distance to the vibrant downtown while being quiet and peaceful. Excellent value.

Exceptionally worth staying for someone who is looking for a budget-conscious traveler.

The value of what we paid for as the property is exceptionally worthy.

Cons:

Only minor one, I noticed the floor carpet should have been maintained or should changed as the overall look and feel of the hostel is visually appealing for this type of accommodation.
