La struttura è comoda e centrale.
Il letto non comodissimo e il bagno un po’ sacrificato, per una notte non è comunque un problema.
Excellent location at the heart of the city
La ubicación inmejorable, a solo unos pasos de las calles más concurridas, pero en una calle más tranquila. El desayuno sencillo pero con opciones y mucho mimo de la cocinera. Nuestra habitación muy cómoda y con balconcito, perfecta en relación calidad precio.
Lo mejor la atención, estuvieron pendientes para informarnos de excursiones desde Amán con varios días de antelación. Al final lo hicimos por nuestra cuenta pero la información y la posibilidad de ampliar la estancia nos lo facilitó todo mucho.
El baño estaba muy limpio, sin problema ahí. Lo único que no cabe una puerta normal porque abre hacia fuera y hay una corredera. Aun así cumple.
El aislamiento entre habitaciones no es muy bueno, pero el hotel está muy cuidado (estaban retocando la pintura de los pasillos) y no me sorprendería que hagan algo al respecto.

Struttura centrale e vicina a tantissimi ristoranti. La stanza è grande e il letto molto comodo.
Peccato che stanno ristrutturando i pavimenti dei corridoi, ma non è comunque stato un disagio. Non c’è ascensore e la colazione è decisamente migliorabile.
The staff is extremely friendly. The communication is great. I'm an English speaker with not much Arabic and they were very very good about communicating, both face-to-face and on WhatsApp. Any concerns I had were dealt with by upper management and they were dealt with quickly with good communication. I'm mistakenly left a night behind in the room and they were very good about making sure that it got back to me.
What could've gone better is that I was traveling with a friend and colleague. It was really a business partner, and we were initially told that we couldn't share the room together because we were two males and that was really bracing for me because I've never encountered anything like that. Given the neighborhood, the location, the country, whatevr I now get it, but I do not expect that anywhere when I book a room so I raise concern with the management and it became a non-issue but initially I thought we were gonna have to change or cancel due to this so if you're traveling with two males, whether it's here or anywhere in Aman, be aware that may be a problem
