Pros:

Had a great complementary breakfast and the location not bad but the property is very close (approx 200 yds)from the sea beach

Cons:

Hotel room & beds were not the same as we choose/booked thru booking.com
It takes 10-15 minutes far from Kolatoli & Sugandha beach point while ride by Battery Riksha and fare 80-100 taka one way.
