The pool view, the room cleanliness and the friendly staff weee above expected.

We had a fantastic experience checking in thanks to Ali Mohamed! From the moment we arrived, he was polite, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. He made the early check-in process smooth and effortless, which was a huge relief after our journey. Throughout our stay, Ali consistently checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His professionalism and warm hospitality truly set the tone for a wonderful visit. Thank you, Ali, for going above and beyond — you're a credit to the hotel! The hotel aesthetics speak for itself, absolutely breathtaking!

Two check points to get into a hotel. No UBER or taxi wants to come to pick you. Average wait was 30 min.

Property is very clean and well kept but the location and useless security that takes way too long to clear cars is a pain.

Stay at a normal hotel unless you feel you need this level of security.

Hôtel dans le nouveau Gizeh proche des pyramides, ultra sécurisé.
Neuf et encore en travaux nous avons voulu profiter en fin de journée de la piscine mais c’était bruyant et il y avait la fumée des travaux.
La chambre est bien décorée et spacieuse, nous avions le lit bébé comme demandé.
Les sols ne sont pas très propres (partie commune des chambres en moquettes, et chambre carrelage).
Le petit déjeuner est copieux, la salle de restauration est très belle et ainsi que les parties communes.
Petit bémol sur le repas ou le service fut long (salle plutôt vide) et onéreux pour Le Caire.
Le personnel est professionnel et chaleureux.

The hotel was beautiful well organized with a great staff. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Huge with both western and Egyptian foods. The room was very comfortable modern and super clean.
The pool area was fun and large. You could see the pyramids from the property.

Great stay at Hyatt Centric West Cairo — brand new and modern, excellent service, and a calm location. Highly recommend!

Même si l’hôtel est un peu excentré, cela ne pose aucun problème car le cadre est agréable, les chambres sont confortables et très bien entretenues.
Le personnel est accueillant et toujours disponible.

J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’ambiance générale de l’établissement, à la fois moderne et reposante.
Une très bonne adresse pour un séjour au Caire !

I stayed for two nights. In the first night at 2am they started to drill the walls in the building, impossible to sleep. The drilling continued for about 30 minutes. In the second night they started the same at 10pm but luckily stopped after I called the reception.

Hotel nuevo con una instalaciones impecables y servicio aun mejor. Piscina climatizada, bar en la piscina, zonas comunes con billar, bar, etc.

Aya ant the front desk and Ahmed were awesome! I completely enjoyed my stay and the whole team was why it was so awesome, the amazingly beautiful hotel helped as well ;) would def stay here again and any other Hyatt hotels

O hotel é novo, bonito e confortável, mas ainda precisa melhorar muito em diversos aspectos de serviço.

A localização é tranquila e afastada do centro. Não oferece opções de alimentação ou compras além das disponíveis no próprio hotel.

O serviço foi decepcionante. Ocorreram diversas falhas na limpeza e manutenção dos quartos: copos usados não foram substituídos, amenities não foram repostos, e os dispensadores de shampoo, condicionador e sabonete líquido não foram preenchidos. O sabonete líquido ficou vazio por três dias consecutivos, mesmo após avisos.

Em um dos dias não havia água quente pela manhã, sendo solucionado de tarde.

Em geral, recomendo pesquisar outros hotéis na região.
