Expensive and not as described. There are no balcony’s (they say the large window is a balcony) no hot water and than no water, dated

Great room but noisy
Pros:

Amazing location at one of the main streets in Machu Picchu Pueblo, great view from the room towards the river and mountains, spacious room with all necessary facilities, possibility for takeaway breakfast

Cons:

Staff could not speak English, extremely noisy room in the evening (the noise coming from the inside, not outside), windows in a poor condition, price per night above the average for similar properties in the same city

Great location, friendly staff.
Pros:

The Hotel has the best location with great view. The running stream river is right outside of the window. The window shields the noise very well. The staff is very friendly. The morning omelet is just perfect. Will stay here again.

We would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

The view out of our windows (that opened) over a creek that runs into the Urubamba river, with the town streets below, and mountains surrounding the town was absolutely stunning!!!
The staff were friendly, and made us a wonderful breakfast!

Cons:

An elevator would be nice, but I don't think these are very common in this area. My legs were just not used to all of the climbing and being at altitude so the 4th floor room was a challenge, but totally worth it!

Great location!
Pros:

Great location, less than 5 minutes walk from the train station and the bus stop which takes you to Machu Pichu entrance. The staff was very helpful and let us us stay in the lobby and wait till we had to leave for our train back to Ollantaytambo. Highly recommend!

Great stay on the way to Machu Picchu.
Pros:

The location was perfect. Five minute walk from the train station and a one minute walk from the buses to Machu Picchu. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for our family of four, and the Wifi was excellent. The breakfast was delicious, too.

Cons:

The bathroom was very small, but it had what you needed.
