We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the incredible location and hospitality.
Pros:

We stayed here for one night while visiting Machu Picchu and had a great experience. We booked a spacious, beautiful family room with a mountain view for two people. The location couldn’t be better: right in the middle of town, across from the train station, and next to the bus line for Machu Picchu.

The owner was exceptionally kind and helpful. He picked us up from the train station, walked us to the ticket office, and even waited to make sure we secured our Machu Picchu tickets. Since we had an early morning entry, he prepared a boxed breakfast and stored our luggage for us.

Cons:

The room had limited ventilation and could be a little noisy at night due to the central location, and the bathroom layout was slightly awkward, but neither was a major issue.

שאלתי את בעל המקום על הרעש בלילה ופיתאום הוא מבטל לי את השהיה כי המקום בשיפוץ. זו אינה התנהגות מקובלת כי אם המקום בשיפוץ צריך מראש לא לאשר, ואי אפשר לבטל את במקום בבוקר ההגעה ולהשאיר אותי להסתדר. בוקינג - נא לטפל בהתנהגות לא מקובלת זו ולהסיר את המלון מהרשימה

les lits très confortable et la disponibilité d’une des employées qui s’est mise en quatre pour ne pas que je rate mon bus

Cons:

nous avions réservés pour 3, l’enfant de mon compagnon de voyage a eu un grave accident 1 mois et demi avant,donc la réservation n’était plus que pour une personne, et même 1 mois et demi avant malgré les circonstances ils n’ont pas voulu modifier, ils m’ont dit: on verra quand vous serez là, et évidemment une fois sur place j’ai payé 188$ pour moi seule dans une chambre pour 3 dans un hôtel qui est certes bien placé mais bon, cela reste super exagéré.Sur 3 semaines il y a seulement 2 hôtels qui m’ont fait ce coup là.

Petit hôtel propre très bien placé à aquas calientes.
Pros:

Petit hôtel à aguas calientes à taille Humaine. Simple mais propre. Très bien localisé. Juste à côté de la queue du bus pour monter au machu picchu.
Très bon petit dej Take away pris le matin tres tôt.

Cons:

Hôtel très basique sans aucune déco.

Ótima opção para ficar em Aguas Calientes
Pros:

Camas muito confortáveis, funcionários atenciosos e localização ótima, logo em frente à descida em que a fila para os ônibus que vão para Machu Picchu é feita. Saímos cedo e nos fizeram um café da manhã para levar. É um hotel simples mas entrega tudo: chuveiro bom, água quente, secador de cabelo bom.

Cons:

Sentimos falta de um armário no quarto, mas ficamos somente um dia (pouco relevante para nossa avaliação.

I booked this hotel through booking.com on our next day trip to Machu Picchu in Aguas Caliente for 3 nights. The hotel cancelled my reservation on the day of our arrival and message me that our room was no longer available and requested to cancel the reservation.

Cons:

My booking was confirmed and the hotel cancelled my booking on day of arrival. After I cancelled, I checked on another hotel and their hotel and same room is showing that it is available.
