La verdad, lo cerca de mi escuela de inglés...

Cons:

- Limpieza mala.
- Atención descortes o de mala calidad de la gente que trabaja.
- Aire acondicionado no funciona.
- Desprolijidades varias.

Great location and very helpful staff
Pros:

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, right in the heart of St. Julian’s, making it very convenient to access restaurants, shops, and the waterfront.
I would especially like to thank one member of the staff, Daneka at reception. She was incredibly kind and professional and helped me during a difficult situation related to my health. While I was in the hospital, she went above and beyond by packing my belongings from the room and safely storing them in the office for me.
Her support and care during that time meant a lot to me, and I’m very grateful for her help. Thank you again, Daneka, for your kindness and professionalism.

I like the bedroom and the service except these steps to up snd down with luggage before you can use the elevator to go
