The housekeeping was very friendly and nice. Especially Om Mohamed she is so kind and helpful...
There is some maintenance in the bathroom that should be repaired.
La ubicación es cerca a la pirámides y tiene una terraza con excelente vista a ellas.
Las instalaciones a pesar de estar bien ubicadas esta en un callejón y como es costumbre en Egipto quieren venderte tour al precios elevados. Las cobijas eran viejas llenas de motas. Pero por el precio no puedes exigir tanto.
Mon séjour dans cet établissement c'est très bien passé. Je voulais être à coté des pyramides avec une jolie vue. J'ai étais comblé. L'hôtel est dans une rue au calme parfait bien dormir. La vue sur les pyramides est magnifique. Le personnel au top. Je recommande sans problème. Merci pour l'accueil.

Terrible experience since our arrival: the receptionist tried to scam us. Even though the price booked on booking.com stated 32$, he added extra costs without even mentioning them. He wanted us to pay in EUR the final US dollars total amount, because according to him there was no difference between paying the same amount in EUR or in US dollars.
He wanted us to tap our card on the pos without showing us the amount he wrote.
But luckily, we checked it!
First of all, he added 30$ for our transfer (airport-hotel) when the hotel wrote us few days earlier that it was included in the price (stated also on booking.com); moreover, he added 12$ for early check in (whenever I go to hotels and the room is already free, there’s no extra costs for entering the room earlier, just some common sense), and even, if that’s your policy, you state it CLEARLY before payment. And no, an EUR amount of money it’s definitely NOT the same in US dollars, and if you say so to your clients, you’re definitely in the process of scamming them. Once we explained all this to him, he even had the courage to call us “rude”.
After this nightmare, the same receptionist told us that the hotel would have offered us a free midday welcoming city-tour. Once in the hall, he called us back saying that the tour was cancelled and the only other possibility was a 35€ experience in the evening.
So unprofessional!
Don’t trust him when he will tell you that Uber or Indrive don’t work because he probably wants to sell you only his scamming tours.
Rooms need renovations and they’re definitely not clean: hairs from previous guests all around, dirty blankets, sink that you cannot open completely, bad smell, dirty pillowcases..
Basic breakfast included.
Daily room cleaning service not included.
Elevator not always working.
Bad room sound isolation.
Simply, don’t go!

The hotel had all the facilities, a good shower system. Hotel provided pick up( extra cost). Provided travel for four days with a private car and a driver( extra cost, might be expensive, but I would say worth it when you think about safety and privacy). As they also went extra mile to help me celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday on the roof top with balloons, music, candles, and cake ( I was happy for their support and arranging all this for us). Also, Ahmed from Hotel was with us for four days, which made us feel safe. He drove us everywhere, he is a very safe driver, kind, calm and helpful. I felt the same ( safe as a female) as I would feel in my home country when my brothers or our driver would take us out. Having children with us, I wanted them to have a good experience in a safe environment. When my son left his phone at the pyramids at Dashur. Ahmed and the tour guide helped us by ringing around and arranging us to go back after the closing time. And Ahemd drove us back to the place, negotiated with Police and Gaurds to go and check the phone for us. Luckily, they agreed and brought my child's mobile back for us. To be honest, I would have given up. But Ahemd drove us back and got it back for us. I really appreciate his efforts and help. He took us to the best places to eat, for coffee, and help us to get an Egyptain sim card, took us to ATM. The hotel arranged for the camel rides, tour to the mosques, pyramids, quad ride as we agreed the price and paid everything in advance so we didn't have to worry about arranging anything. Could we do this without the hotel? Yes, we could. But I think by paying for everything in advance we had no worry about finding things around or booking taxis etc. All four days of tours were planned and arranged by the hotel. We would just get ready, have breakfast, and go with Ahmed. Car would be ready before we come down. One time food was also included in the deal, you can see the picture of one day food.
Breakfast was the same every day, it is okay for one or two days after that it be comes boring and specially for children. (so we told them the owner who said he would look into it for the variety). How ever saying that, the staff was happy to make small amendments for us, just as making two eggs or not meat with breakfast.
There was no toothpaste or hair conditioner available( I suppose that might have been the case in all hotels)
Beds are double but on the small size( I found that the same case in the apartment we stayed in as well, so I assume that might be the normal size double beds in Egypt).
Amazing hotel in Giza. I love the rooms, the staff and the views, of course. Everything made easy.
Even I asked them to do my laundry and it was so affordable and fast.

الفندق نظيف ويحوي مصعد لكن الأسرة صغيرة لشخصين وكبيرة لشخص واحد...اطلالة الروف في الطابق العلوي جميلة والافطار جيد..
