Pros:

Breakfast was amazing, best Ive had in a hotel probably. The workers are extremely nice and humble, very welcoming. great stay, would come back again

Great hotel room with poor service
Pros:

Great room, comfortable mattress, fridge available for personal usage, „dinner-bag“ for late arrival.

Cons:

Quite some hiccups: no soap (had to ask twice to get this resolved), not clean (used cup in the room, lots of hairs all over the room and more), safe not working properly, room service not professional (had to order three times), variety of dinner buffet disappointing (2-3 dishes only), no buffet on my last day at all without notice, loud parties at the wedding hall on the fourth floor, very limited opening hours of the pool (only until 16.00).
