Tiring stay
Pros:

The staff are wonderful, extremely polite and helpful, they behave with the professionalism of a 5-star hotel and have exceeded my expectations.

Cons:

The rooms designated for 3 people are so small that you cannot move around easily. There are no chairs to sit on, not even a small table inside the room. You have to sit on the beds all the time, which is very tiring, especially with uncomfortable mattresses. The manager was cooperative and tried to upgrade to a larger room, but asked for an additional payment for it, which is unacceptable. In fact, the hotel's facilities and furnishings do not deserve more than 3 stars at best.

انصح الاقامة في هذا الفندق
Pros:

جميع الموظفين خدومين ، والمتابعة من قبلهم لراحة النزيل واضحة جداً بسؤالهم اليومي اذا في اي ملاحظة تخص النظافة، اضافة الى بوفيه الفطور كان رائعاً ومتنوع ، وتم طلب اصناف وتم توفيرها في اليوم التالي بكل رحابة صدر ،
شكرا جزيلا لجميع الموظفين على احترافيتهم .
