Pros:

The view is fantastic, and the location is very peaceful and quiet. The rooms are also very spacious with lots of natural light. A lovely large balcony to admire the sunset.

Cons:

No hot water for the 3 days we stayed, breakfast wasn't available when we came up one morning, the WiFi isn't the best, and the plated and cups smelled really bad like they hadn't been cleaned for a while.

Ενας υπέροχος χώρος, πεντακάθαρος, με θέα στο παραθαλάσσιο Οίτυλο, φιλόξενες ιδιοκτήτριες, άψογο πρωινό παρόλο που πήγαμε μετά το τελος της σεζόν. Είμαστε τόσο ενθουσιασμένοι που ήδη προγραμματίζουμε να επιστρέψουμε και τον χειμώνα.

Ingen på plats på boendet trots en lapp om att det skulle vara bemannat tiden vi kom

Stanza pulita,colazione ottima e abbondante, ottima vista sul mare, possibile raggiungere il paesino a piedi

Sinceramente non è stata una stanza funzionale. Non vi era il bollitore (segnato su booking). Al momento del mio arrivo, mi erano state date le istruzioni per raggiungere la camera per chat, non c'era nessuno ad accogliere.. ho dovuto chiamare per chiedere del wifi e dell'acqua calda per la doccia (vi era da premere un bottone prima di fare la doccia, a mio parere informazione da dare all'ospite prima che si ritrovi di sera senza acqua calda, come è capitato a me). Purtoppo per quanto riguarda la mia esperienza, dopo aver atteso 15 Min prima di entrare in doccia, l'acqua comunque si è rivelata tiepida.Alla mattina mi hanno riferito che bisognava aspettare 20 Min...
Inoltre, ammetto che è la prima stanza in Grecia in cui non trovo nessun omaggio di cortesia (nemmeno una bottiglietta d'acqua)
Sinceramente, per i servizi che offre e per la mia esperienza, non vale il prezzo pagato e non ci tornerei.

Pros:

Incredibly nice and helpful staff who were very responsive. The room was big and spacious with breathtaking views of the sea. We had a big balcony as well overlooking the property and with ocean view.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν όμορφο και με πραγματικά πολύ ωραία θέα -2 μόλις λεπτά από την παραλία στο Οίτυλο (με το αυτοκίνητο). Εκτιμήσαμε πολύ το παγωμένο νερό στο ψυγείο και το πολύ προσεγμένο πρωινό (όλα ήταν πολύ νόστιμα και έμοιαζαν σπιτικά). Το προσωπικό στη ρεσεψιόν ήταν πάρα πού ευγενικό, πάντα χαμογελαστό και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει.

Cons:

Το μπάνιο του δωματίου ήταν αρκετά μικρό και ίσως "δύσκολο" για κάποιον πιο εύσωμο. Το βράδυ θα θέλαμε οι εξωτερικοί χώροι να είναι λίγο καλύτερα φωτισμένοι, καθώς ανοίγαμε τους φακούς των κινητών μας για να ανέβουμε τις σκάλες μέχρι το δωμάτιο.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Mani Halbinsel.
Pros:

Großes Zimmer mit sehr schönen Blick über die Bucht. Ruhig gelegen an einem Hang. Das Frühstück wurde von einer sehr netten Mitarbeiterin serviert . Areopoli mit vielen Lokalen ist nur ca. 6 km entfernt.
