Chambre triste

Le point positif réside dans le parking. La situation est bonne pour peu qu’on aie de bons jarrets !

L’immense chambre plus que monacale ne dispose en tout et pour tout que d’un seul chevet et d’un porte manteau perroquet qui sert aussi de patère pour suspendre les serviettes (trouées). Une minable ampoule pend des fils dénudés au dessus d’un lave mains qui fait office de lavabo. Des odeurs d’égouts remontent de la bonde de douche qui peine à évacuer l’eau. Quant à la tranquillité, ce n’est pas l’épaisseur des murs et des planchers qui vous l’assureront !

Me dieron una habitación que no correspondía con la descripción de booking. A este problema, en primera instancia, el personal del hotel culpo a booking de este problema, al reclamar vía booking, el hotel me compenso con un desayuno gratis en otro hotel(porque en el que yo estaba no tenia servicio de desayuno) y una botella de vino que nunca llegó (adjunto mensaje de booking en donde se acordaba el desayuno gratis y la botella de vino)

El baño tenia un olor muy fuerte a desagüe, realmente asqueroso, esto me obligo a tener siempre la ventana abierta de mi habitación, porque si cerraba,el olor se apoderaba de toda la habitación (esto fue muy desagradable)

En resumen. Se me dio una habitación que no correspondía y no hubo ningún esfuerzo en repararlo insistiendo que era problema de booking.

La compensación era lo que correspondía pero la botella de vino no apareció, el desayuno estuvo bien, pero tuve que irme mas temprano del hotel porque desayuno se servia hasta las 11:00, mas encima tuve que caminar hasta el lugar.
