I stayed at this hotel near Tahrir Square and unfortunately had a very bad experience.
The only good thing about this place is the location. It is very central and close to many attractions. However, the hotel itself was extremely disappointing. The rooms were not clean, there was often no water, and the bathroom sink was not working.
We had also booked breakfast, but it was not available because the lady who cooks simply did not come.
I originally booked the stay for 5 days, but I had to leave after 3 days because the situation was unacceptable. When I spoke to the staff, they told me that this is the only situation available and if I didn’t like it, I could leave. We agreed that I would receive a refund for the remaining nights (around $50). I also spoke with the owner who confirmed this, but after that he stopped responding and I could not find him at the hotel again.
I also met other guests there and many of them were uncomfortable with the place and were planning to leave as well.
Honestly, I would recommend paying a little more money and staying somewhere else. There are many much better hotels nearby for a slightly higher price, and the experience will be a million times better.

Staff no co operative, little arrogant, no clean rooms given, no water in toilets, I took bath from dormitory , more over not good helping staff, really disgusting
La ubicación
El trato del gerente o dueño, pésimo descortes grosero, nos aporreo la ventana x q le pedimos el control del clima, dijo q estaba descompuesto y le pedí cambio de habitacion, es cuando nos aporrea la ventana y nos da el control, haciendo señas q nos congelariamos muy molesto, el último dia no nos dieron el desayuno pero si nos puntualizo q la salida es a las 11, las puertas no sirven ni la del baño ni la de la entrada q tuvimos q trancar con una silla, la puerta de salida del hotel con llave tenías q buscar quien te abra, los enchufes no sirven, el colchón de la cama agarro con cartón q se sale mientras duermes con el movimiento, en la recepción nunca hay nadie, el elevador solo el dueño te da acceso a bajar si está y para subir es x las escaleras y son 5 pisos subiendo x q está el elevador pero no tienes la tarjeta para q se mueva, el cuarto sucio, la mesa dónde te sirven el desayuno sucio y además escuchabas los gritos del dueño o encargado regañandola, tengo más fotos
