A very pleasant stay. The hotel is quite pretty, with a lovely garden overlooking an open space.
Pros:

On the day when we needed to be on our way a little early in the morning, I was very impressed with the nutritious packed breakfast that the hotel offered to our group. Forever grateful 🙏
The staff are friendly, respectful and helpful.
The eat-in breakfast was lovely.
It is the best location if you want to stay close to the Maya Devi!

Cons:

I personally have no complaint.
However, a member of our group did not like how the hot water works (or does not work). They said that a tab in the bathroom seemed to be leaking.

Most refined ambience in lumbhini
Pros:

Words fail to describe the quality of this establishment. It is a gem! The aesthetic is spacious modern elegant and refined. Real coffee from an Italian expresso machine, v60 avaliable, earl grey, organic drinks, a garden, restiraunt, great staff and owner, gentle kind service. Lumbhini is amazing, but quality accommodation and food can be difficult to find. Look no further than this hotel, it's perfect, as is it's location for the main temple. It's also just down the road from a fantastic Sakya Gompa. All in all a delight, can't wait to go back. Thanks

Best value modern hotel in Lumbini
Pros:

Nice property with good staff and modern restaurant, which was good and good value. Directly across from Maya Devi temple complex & bus stand in downtown, so easy to walk everywhere, unlike the fancier properties outside with more space.

Incroyable
Pros:

Localisation : à deux pas de la porte numéro 5 qui mène au Temple MayaDevi.
Proprete de la chambre et de la salle de bain
Le personnel est super gentil, serviable et disponible.
Le petit déjeuner n'est pas un buffet mais à la carte avec 2 menus au choix (local ou occidental) et il est très bon et copieux.
Le restaurant pour les repas du midi et du soir sont très bons.
Ils ont un jardin. C'est un havre de paix.

Correcto pero un poco caro
Pros:

Esta muy bien situado para ver los templos. A menos de 3 minutos andando de la puerta 5. A 200m de la parada de bus.
El personal es atento e intenta dar una buena estancia.
El desayuno estaba incluido pero no es bufete.

Cons:

No tiene ascensor, para nosotros no era un problema pero si tienes movilidad reducida este no es tu hotel.
Las habitaciones son muy sencillas sobre todo el baño, es solamente correcto pero con agua caliente.
El precio es bastante elevado para el tipo de hotel. En Kathmandú por el mismo precio teníamos un hotel espectacular con un desayuno maravilloso!!

A truly enjoyable oasis.
Pros:

We recently stayed at this hotel. It is an oasis. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a beautiful garden perfect for relaxing after exploring the nearby temples, monasteries, Maya Devi Shrine and secret garden. The restaurant meals were delicious, and the location near gate 5 of the UNESCO site was incredibly convenient. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind which enhanced the overall experience.

Cons:

Nothing, this hotel ticket all the boxes.

A piedi al Maya Devi Temple
Pros:

Grazie alla sua posizione è possibile raggiungere facilmente e velocemente il Maya Devi Temple a piedi. Lo staff è molto gentile e cordiale e la qualità del ristorante è buona.

Cons:

Camere un pochino datate. Da migliorare la pulizia del bagno.
