The bed was confortable.
They charge their own conversion rate which was way too much. When I showed them what the actual rate was, they said that the only way to get this rate (which I didn't) was for them to cancel the reservation as a no show. Since I didn't have any choice I agreed.
The breakfast is ok but you have to go early. After 08h00, there was no more ham or avocado. Also, the coffee isn't hot. The egg was good but the portion was tiny.
The "hot" shower isn't hot. It takes forever to warm up but it doesn't get hot.
The location is kinda far from everything. There's a supermarket (Tottus) at a 9 minute walking distance but besides that, not much else.

Literie confortable, petit déjeuné correct, résidence sécurisé et fermé la nuit, nous avons donc pu laisser notre voiture en sécurité.
Taux de change à leur guise ce que nous trouvons très moyen, nous avons donc payé plus cher que ce qui était annoncé sur Booking.
La fenêtre ne se ferme pas en totalité, rideaux non opac, donc chambre très lumineuse à partir de 5h30 du matin, chambre mal insonorisée.

Personal inpeto e inútil que no sirve para el puesto de recepción, incapaz de desempeñar una labor tan sencilla como lo es la de asignar habitaciones.
La primera vez que me hospedé estuvo regular para malo, a partir de las 6 am hubo ruidos de martillo y aparentes reparaciones del piso de arriba y no me dejaron descansar, hoy hice una reserva por 2 noches, la cuál fue confirmada pero cuando llegué al hotel dijeron que solo tenían disponibilidad de 1 día y qué podían recomendarme otros hoteles(pésimo), quise quedarme 1 noche porque estaba cansado del viaje pero para colmo la habitación no estaba lista a pesar de que el check in era a partir de las 12pm, quisieron hacerme esperar hasta las 2pm (ridículo) por lo que decidí irme a otro hotel, y no contentos con eso la tipa de la recepción se quedó con mi dni y tuve que regresar por él.
Pésimo desempeño y organización del hotel, personal inepto y mala experiencia, no lo recomiendo.
