Our room should win an award for the best use of a small space. Each fixture and furniture was a perfect fit for the space. We had a great patio with a view of the Parthenon. Everything about the room is more elevated than we expected.

The jacuzzi gave tiny shocks when touching the tap. We were assured this wasn’t dangerous but still somehow affected us from being fully comfortable using it. On a busy road so can be noisy in the eve

Excellent location in Psiri, very central within walking distance of everything. The building is secure and the room is beautifully renovated - we particularly enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the parthenon and asteroskopeion observatory. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable, we also appreciated the ceiling fan and excellent hairdryer. We were lucky as there was street parking available nearby, as parking in the nearby paid facilities is very expensive. Overall this was a great stay with excellent communication throughout. Many wonderful things about it.
I would have given 10/10 for the accommodation and would gladly stay here again on future visits to Athens.However, the noise level was a real problem and disrupted our sleep. It wasn’t street noise (the double‑glazed windows are excellent); the problem is that the room doors lack insulation, so you can hear every arrival, door‑closing and conversation in the corridor, which disrupted our sleep. In the room & bathroom there are no hooks to hang towels, something that can easily be fixed and would be helpful.

Nice and clean
It’s too noisy from the outside places and unable to sleep

The property is located in very busy area, waliking distance to every important tourist place in Athens. The windows are so good, no noise is entering inside the rooms! (I need the brand :)
We were missing a place for our big suitcase with stuff, but it is manageable!
The location was central and there were plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable, the shower good, and great decor. Staff were always available if there was a problem.
Not a fan of the wash basin being in the bedroom. There are no drawers or shelves to put clothes-just an open hanging rail. Also, nowhere to hang towels. The hot tub is not really suitable for the balcony: it is squeezed in and too overlooked. The balcony would be better without it.
The description of the place as a boutique hotel is wrong. There is no breakfast or shared amenities. It is a studio flat.
Moderno e centralissimo se si è in cerca delle serate ateniesi, locali per tutti i gusti. Ascensore ok, box doccia grande.
Il materasso...uhm.... Così così...e il mio alloggio non aveva balconi.. purtroppo. Ma tutto sommato direi esperienza positiva
