Pros:

the room had a nice roof top terrace and was quite cool even when it was super hot outside.

the way down to the city was easily walkable for the way up we ended up using tuktuk rides, but in exchange we got to sleep in a quiet area.

Cons:

it was a bit run down. some minor changes/touch-ups could make a big difference here.

and a minor thing: the common area/ rooftop terrace was right infront of the windows of our room. so curtains needed to be closed for privacy as soon as it was used by others.

快適で広くて清潔
Pros:

部屋が広くて清潔。エアコンもよく効く。スタッフが親切。トイレットペーパー、バスタオル、石鹸、シャンプー、水が用意されていた。Wi-Fiも利用可能。

小さいアリが所々にいるが、少数だし、ベッドには登ってこなかったので許容。

Man hatte Zugang zu einem schönen privaten Balkon.
Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich!
Das Zimmer war sehr groß und man hatte super viel Platz!

Cons:

Das Bett war leider super laut und unbequem.
Es war sehr hellhörig im gesamten Gebäude.

Pros:

・部屋が綺麗で広い
・バスルームも広い
・スタッフが親切、洗濯用のバケツが欲しいと言ったら用意してくれた
・荷物を運んでくれた
・クーラーがちゃんと効いた
・ホットシャワーが出て、水圧も十分
・屋上からの眺めが良かった
・電気ケトルがあった

Cons:

・ドアの開け閉め、鍵が掛けにくい
・ちょっと空気がこもる、通気性が微妙
・2日目はお湯が出なかった
・上の階や近くの工事などの物音がすごい反響する

Super budgetfreundliche Empfehlung für Kandy
Pros:

Die Hosts waren sehr freundlich, stets hilfsbereit und haben immer geholfen! Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit Balkon und toller Fensterfront, Klima und einer echt sauberen Dusche!
Man ist in 15 min auch gut ins Zentrum gelaufen.

Cons:

Das Internet war nicht gut.

Proper verblijf, vriendelijke mensen
Pros:

Goede locatie, dicht bij centrum maar ver genoeg van alle drukte. Ernaast is wel bouwwerf momenteel, maar zij stoppen 's avonds en beginnen niet vroeg 's ochtends.
Zeer vriendelijke en correcte man. Propere en ruime kamer.

Super fijn met hele lieve eigenaren
Pros:

De eigenaren zijn mega vriendelijk en helemaal in voor een praatje. Ze vertellen veel over hun eigen ervaringen en helpen je echt super goed met je reis. De kamer is groot en doordat de tussendeur dicht kan is het ook lekker donker in de kamer. Airco werkt heel goed en ze hadden hem van te voren al aangezet voor ons.

Cons:

Wij hadden een kamer met balkon wat op de begane grond was. Het keukentje zit hier direct naast wat enigszins rumoerig kan zijn. Zelf niet heel veel hinder van ervaren.
Als je gaat douchen is heel je badkamer nat en is naar de wc gaan niet zo prettig meer, maar mijn ervaring is dat de meeste badkamers in Sri Lanka zo zijn.
