Enjoyable stay in the best part of Chiang Mai.

Wonderful location, in the old city. Rooms was very comfortable, and staff helpful with local information.

Fijne locatie, vriendelijk personeel, lekker zwembad en heel prettig dat we onze tassen voor officiële check-in mochten droppen!

Cons:

De kamer was veel gehoriger dan verwacht (zowel geluid van de straat als van de andere hotelgasten), dus neem je oordoppen mee.

Oui pour le site en général. Non pour la propreté de la douche.
Pros:

Très bon emplacement. Agréable piscine et aires communes avec verdure. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre balcon. La chambre est spacieuse et bien climatisée. Un distributeur d'eau potable est disponible à la réception, et 2 bouteilles d'eau sont fournies par jour.

Cons:

Le personnel à l'accueil n'est pas très enthousiaste. Le matelas est très dur. Il y avait de la moisissure dans la douche. Le ménage de la chambre était fait tard autour de 15h-16h, et ils "oubliaient" chaque jour de nous donner le papier de toilette et les bouteilles d'eau, qu'il fallait aller quémander à la réception. Il y a une machine à café à la réception disponible à partir de 7h00, au coût de 50 bath par café. Cela aurait été apprécié qu'il soit fourni gracieusement par l'hôtel.
J'aurais recommandé cet hôtel s'il faisait un effort pour mieux entretenir leurs salles de bain (douche) et s'ils avaient un service plus courtois. À vous de voir selon vos attentes.

Very helpful and kind staff, great location for food, exploring, and bars, quiet, clean and peaceful room with plenty of space, and a relaxed common area. The pool was also a great plus!
