The perfect place to stay in Madaba!
Pros:

Everything was perfect! The communication before our arriving was fast and easy. We arrived after midnight and they were waiting for us!
The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with big variety of choices!
The location is in a short walkable distance to the sightseeing spots. The staff was very helpful and kind! Would definitely recommend it, and my family would come back here for sure!

Peaceful and recovery stay
Pros:

This hotel gave the vibe of peacefulness. Enjoyed the company of cat during my breakfast :)

Cons:

Kettle was not clean in the room but once I notified the reception they immediately brought a clean one.
Bathroom could add some ventilation.

A fantastic place with exceptional people.
Pros:

Black Iris is a unique hotel: very comfortable, with very helpful and hospitable staff, located right in the center of town. I absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants to experience the beauty of Madaba in all its splendor.

Super hotel v centru Madabe. Celotno osebje zelo prijazno. Na recepciji nas je pričakala nasmejana, dobrovoljna in pripravljena pomagati z nasveti za ogled mesta in potovanja naprej po Jordaniji njihova zaposlena Sofa. Sobe čiste, prostorne. Zajtrk zelo kvaliteten. Imajo celo sveže sadje, kar v drugih hotelih po Jordaniji nismo dobili. Zelo priporočam.

Best best accomodation in Madaba..
Pros:

A true testimony of Jordanian hospitality. Comfortable rooms equipped with a mini frige, water and kettle and tea making facilities. An extensive breakfast of eggs, beef sausages, falafel, cakes, pancakes, hummus and many many other items. We arrived late at night and they were so accomodating. The place is literally steps away from all the sights in Madaba. The room is air conditioned and has black out curtains. Breakfast is served until 10. We were allowed to take up breakfast for the kids. They helpfully provide a map and show you how to navigate the attractions. Groceries close by. The mall is 3 minutes walk. Loads of little restaurants and coffee places. This was such value for money. A huge parking lot next door. People on the streets were lovely and welcoming. The Madaba Archaological park is included in the Jordan pass. The St George church is not 3 jor per person (kids free). If you are travelling with kids, we found the children's museum in Amman exceptional and really worth a visit. It is about 40 minutes away from Madaba

Cons:

I loved everything about this hotel. I found some of the souvenirs offered by the vendors in Madaba extortionately priced so please watch out for that.. try to go to places further away from the sites and negotiate prices there.
