No need for disposable breakfast cups and plates
Pros:

Big room, easy parking. Cheap hotel for the mall.

Cons:

Disposable cutlery, cups, and plates at breakfast, not very environmentally friendly, not enough tables at breakfast, room and floor a bit dusty.

Great value for a family trip to the mall
Pros:

If you are spending time at West Edmonton Mall, the location is perfect. Steps across the street from a mall entrance.

We also liked the loft rooms so much. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! Excellent amount of space and excellent quality for the price. Only thing was if you wanted any dishes or cups or cutlery or dishsoap, you nees to request it, even though there is a kitchenette.

Cons:

The room, beds and towels were clean. However, I am picky about handprints on cabinets and windows. I also felt that the carpeted stairs to the loft had not been properly vacuumed.

Ideal location, comfortable stay, underground parking! This is how to do a conference in Etown!
Pros:

I arrived to attend a Conference during a huge snow storm and bitter cold snap. The underground parking was a lifesaver. My room had all of the amenities I needed to be safe and comfortable. I didn't use the breakfast available but it was well used by other guests as I passed through each morning. The location next the WEM made it easy to shop/eat/people watch during one evening. The kitchen in my room allowed me to prepare the rest of my meals as restaurant food isn't my first choice days in a row.

Cons:

There were no downsides at all to my stay.

Overall excellent place to stay, would definitely return.
Pros:

The location was great. Smaller hotel, rooms are in excellent condition, very clean and very comfortable. The front desk staff was super nice and very accommodating. For a free breakfast, it was excellent. I would absolutely return and book to stay here again.
