Everything was great. Very clean, very helpful staff. Nice spacious rooms, good bathrooms. Beautiful view. Breakfast supplies sufficient for more than breakfast.
While not far from center of Fira at all, walk is difficult because big part of it is on the busy main road with no sidewalk; therefore quite dangerous and we had to rent a car.
Personnel très gentil et tout le temps disponible, elle s’est occupé de nous réserver le quad pour le lendemain matin et les transfert de l’aéroport à El verano puis jusqu’à port.

Un petit peu compliqué si pas de quad ou de voiture pour les déplacements vers la ville la plus proche, on doit marcher sur la route… mais l’hôtel ni peu rien
Beautiful villa, spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 children (Palmera suite). Comfortable beds, kitchen fully equipped, and 3 bathrooms. Outdoor space was perfect - lots of seating and a pool. Gorgeous views and prime location just a short drive from Fira, Oia and beaches.

El Verano Suites is truly an amazing place to stay in Santorini and I cannot recommend it enough. Everything was perfect, from the amazing host Tonia whose kindness was beyond words to the great team who cleaned and refreshed everything daily in such a professional manner. You can tell that customer service is top priority for them all and how they radiate positivity. From our arrival Tonia welcomed us, gave us a detailed insight of the island and made us feel right at home. She even went above and beyond by remembering it’s our anniversary trip and got us a homemade cake that was 10/10.
The location is ideal - overlooking the Aegean Sea with a breathtaking sunrise each morning. It’s merely 2/3 minutes by car from the nearest supermarket and 5/10 minutes from the beautiful caldera’s of Imerovigli and Fira. There is no hustle and bustle here, it’s completely peaceful and relaxing which we found great after our trips all around the island. El Verano Suites have their own private parking and private entrances so there’s no worries about when to return.
The room itself was exactly how we imagined it to be with cleanliness and beauty. We were stocked with supplies, and the self breakfast was a great touch to make yourself what you wish each morning. I had looked into plenty of stays and locations in Santorini but am so pleased with choosing this. The reviews speak for themselves.
The property is located in a quiet but convenient location with an amazing view. It is very picturesque with a relaxing atmosphere. It has a perfect view of the sunrise with your room being filled with everything you could possibly need for your stay.

I love the location, it’s not on a busy street, but not in a remote location(not far from the main areas for both food and tourism)
The air conditioning would turn off randomly but totally a user error, El Verano was super helpful with ensuring our stay was cooled during July.
