I love the location, it’s not on a busy street, but not in a remote location(not far from the main areas for both food and tourism)
The air conditioning would turn off randomly but totally a user error, El Verano was super helpful with ensuring our stay was cooled during July.
El Verano Suites is truly an amazing place to stay in Santorini and I cannot recommend it enough. Everything was perfect, from the amazing host Tonia whose kindness was beyond words to the great team who cleaned and refreshed everything daily in such a professional manner. You can tell that customer service is top priority for them all and how they radiate positivity. From our arrival Tonia welcomed us, gave us a detailed insight of the island and made us feel right at home. She even went above and beyond by remembering it’s our anniversary trip and got us a homemade cake that was 10/10.
The location is ideal - overlooking the Aegean Sea with a breathtaking sunrise each morning. It’s merely 2/3 minutes by car from the nearest supermarket and 5/10 minutes from the beautiful caldera’s of Imerovigli and Fira. There is no hustle and bustle here, it’s completely peaceful and relaxing which we found great after our trips all around the island. El Verano Suites have their own private parking and private entrances so there’s no worries about when to return.
The room itself was exactly how we imagined it to be with cleanliness and beauty. We were stocked with supplies, and the self breakfast was a great touch to make yourself what you wish each morning. I had looked into plenty of stays and locations in Santorini but am so pleased with choosing this. The reviews speak for themselves.
The property is located in a quiet but convenient location with an amazing view. It is very picturesque with a relaxing atmosphere. It has a perfect view of the sunrise with your room being filled with everything you could possibly need for your stay.

Amazing place, peace and quiet, sheltered from the wind, with a beautiful view of the sea especially on the sunrise.The apartments were comfortable, we lacked nothing. Very helpful service.

Constantina and her team made our stay in Santorini really enjoyable. The supplied “do it yourself” breakfast was extremely generous. The room and the view were amazing and the hot tub in our suite (Aloe) was a welcome benefit after hiking around the island.
Nothing comes to mind
The facility was great. The concierge - Konstantina was out of this world. She was so helpful in informing us about what to do and see along with where to eat. She made reservations at restaurants. She booked tours for us. More importantly, she made us feel that we were the only guests that she had at the hotel. Konstantina at only 24 years of age, has an amazing future ahead of her because of her drive and attitude to customer service.
