Location and free parking.

Cons:

Room was dirty. Hair in a bath. Rubbish in bathroom bin. Mugs were dirty. Bed looks like someone slept there before. Not happy at all.

Good location friendly staff . Well maintained for an older building good on site freshly cooked food booked next stay with family before we left

Carpet could do with replacing in room 9 but other than that nothing as stay was perfect
