Comfortable stay with a great service
Pros:

I stayed at Olive Hotel recently and had a great experience. The ambience and interiors were very good, and the facilities were well maintained.

A special thanks to Farooq at the reception who was very helpful and ensured we had a smooth stay without any issues. The rooms were comfortable, and we took two standard rooms with two single beds in each which was perfect.

I would highly recommend this hotel for families visiting Bengaluru.

Cons:

The only small challenge was that breakfast or food options were not available at the hotel, so we had to order from outside. It would be great if the hotel could provide some basic food or breakfast options in the future.

This property is not maintained at all.. There were cockroaches running all over the rooms, beds and bathrooms. Pathetic

The room was full of cigarette smoke smell, as being an AC room the smell always stays inside. Pathetic

TV doesn’t work. It just switches on and no default channel. The Wifi network connected to TV doesn’t connect internet.

The booking.com website says breakfast is covered with the package but the reception said as per their app, it doesn’t provide breakfast. Just not right

And after checkout I asked for receipts and they said it would be sent out by 11am. I haven’t received the receipt so called to remind them, but still haven’t received it
