Globalement bien mais appartement à rafraichir
Pros:

L'emplacement exceptionnel avec en plus un coin solarium avec vue sur le phare
petit déjeuner très copieux variés, préparation d'une box pour les départs en visite très matinales déposés dans l'appartement
parking a proximité
lit fait quotidiennement et changement des serviettes

Cons:

L'espace cuisine n'en est pas un réellement car il n'y a pas de cuisine, pas de micro onde donc pas de quoi faire le repas.
L'une des deux salles d'eau n'était pas fonctionnelle ( douche) et les wc trop proche de la douche donc pieds mouillés quand on utilise les deux en même temps
A minima , un micro onde ou une plaque électrique aurait été le bienvenue

Noisy pump, possible to hear to the room. On through the night.
Look of the room is crazy. Less would be sometimess better.
Curtains round the bed are with holes. Everything looks dirty.

L’emplacement est plus qu’intéressant et la réactivité du patron ou de la patronne par message est un atout non négligea
Pros:

La personne en charge est très réactive et répond toujours aux questions avec sympathie.
L’emplacement des logements est très très intéressant puisqu’ils sont à 5mn du vieux port.

Cons:

L’amabilité des personnes en charge du petit déjeuner n’est pas toujours au rendez-vous et nous aurions aimé être au courant / qu’on nous demande avant de venir faire le ménage dans l’appartement où nous étions. En effet il est désagréable de se rendre compte que les affaires ont bougés / que la porte n’est pas fermé à clés suite aux passages imprévus…

De plus les salles de bains sont vraiment rustiques.

Cons:

Kein Herd. Keine Waschmaschine. Kein Fahrradverleih.
Einrichtung unterer Durchschnitt. Sehr alt, abgenutzt und kaputt. Sauber machen musste man eher selbst.
Frühstück war super. Die beiden Damen waren fürsorglich und bemüht.
Haben von Anwohnern gehört das es die letzten Jahren sich verschlechtert hat.
Für den Preis hätte ich mir definitiv etwas anderes gesucht. Man hat mitleidig in anderen Hotels oder Ferienwohnung geschaut

Location was very good. Staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

It was smaller than in pictures. Due to cold weather we had to keep heating on whole night and it was quite loud.

A perfect stopover to explore Chanias old town
Pros:

I booked this B&B because I needed somewhere with a late check in as I arrived at 0045 and this place exceeded all my expectations!

The room I had was huge - a four poster bed, a shower, a bath and two armchairs…and a small balcony! For two people staying this would be more than enough!

The staff were accommodating and polite, the man who met me carried my suitcase up the stairs, turned on the hot water for me and explained everything I needed to know about the room - fantastic service! The breakfast was plentiful and delicious - the woman at the cafe told me she had made the marmalade the day before and it was exquisite!

I hadn’t looked much at the location - just that it was 10 mins walk from the bus station. I was delighted to find it was a short walk (5min) to the harbour and plenty of cafes and restaurants around.

The perfect stop of for a night or two in Chania old town!

Cons:

For me the place was perfect!

The first floor rooms are not suitable with anyone with mobility issues so if stairs are a problem ask for the ground floor and enjoy :)

Nähe zur Altstadt, zum Hafen und zu restaurante. Guter Startpunkt zur Bus stadion und dementsprechend für Unternehmungen. Frühstück war super und auch reichhaltig. Personal sehr nett.

Cons:

Unterkunft stark in die Jahre gekommen. Viele Dinge (Türgriff Balkon, Fliesen im Bad, handtuchaufhängung, Lichtschalter etc.) Kaputt. Toilette keinen Zentimeter zur dusche platz. Keine ausreichende Schutz bei der Dusche für Spritzwasser, sprich das kleine Bad war nach dem Duschen komplett unter Wasser. Wanne keinen Meter vom Bett entfernt.
