Amazing stay, great service, and special thanks to Mr. Faris Sunna for making it exceptional.
Pros:

The stay was excellent from start to finish. The suites are modern, very clean, and comfortable, with a great atmosphere for relaxing. The location in Tala Bay is perfect and everything was well organized. A special thank you to Mr. Faris Sunna, the manager, for his outstanding hospitality and professionalism. He made sure everything was smooth and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

ברצוני לשתף משוב חם ומפרגן על חוויית האירוח שלנו במלון לוואנדה.

כבר מהרגע הראשון הורגשה אדיבות יוצאת דופן מצד הצוות – קבלת פנים נעימה, יחס אישי, זמינות לכל שאלה ובקשה, ורצון אמיתי לעזור ולדאוג שהשהות שלנו תהיה מושלמת. השירות היה מקצועי, יעיל ומלווה בחיוך, וזה בהחלט לא מובן מאליו.

התארחנו בסוויטה גדולה ומרווחת בסגנון “של מלכים”, שכללה ג׳קוזי מפנק במרפסת והעניקה תחושת יוקרה, נוחות ופינוק ברמה גבוהה מאוד.

מיקום המלון היה שקט ונעים, ובמרחק הליכה קצר מהחוף – יתרון משמעותי שהוסיף רבות להנאה שלנו. בנוסף, הייתה לנו אפשרות להשתמש בכל בריכות המתקן, מה שהפך את החוויה לעוד יותר מושלמת.

רמת הניקיון בחדר הייתה מרשימה במיוחד. החדר היה מסודר בקפידה, נקי מאוד, עם תחושה של הקפדה על כל פרט קטן – דבר שתרם מאוד לנוחות ולהנאה שלנו במהלך השהות.

גם ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מעולה – מגוונת, טרייה וטעימה מאוד. צוות המלצרים היה אדיב, שירותי וקשוב, והוסיף רבות לחוויה הנעימה.

אין ספק שהשילוב בין צוות מסור, שירות איכותי, סוויטה מפנקת, מיקום מצוין ורמת ניקיון גבוהה יוצר חוויית אירוח יוצאת מן הכלל. תודה רבה לכל הצוות על ההשקעה והאכפתיות – נשמח לחזור שוב בעתיד ולהמליץ לאחרים!

Zwei großzügige Zimmer und ein Balkon über eineinhalb Etagen. Wir wurden richtig gut versorgt. Super Frühstück gab es gegenüber Restaurant De Soto. Für das saugute Abendessen a la carte gab es 10 % Rabatt. Am letzten Morgen haben wir für die Fahrt zurück nach Amman ein hervorragendes Lunchpaket bekommen.

Cons:

Achtung bei Barzahlung: Das Hotel hat einen schlechteren Umtauschkurs, der von der Geschäftsleitung festgelegt wird. Barzahlung in Landeswährung ist am günstigsten.

Excellent stay and wonderful staff
Pros:

Modern clean rooms, situated on the marina with a nice view. The staff were wonderful at all times. Helped us with all our asks. The breakfast was huge and delicious. Our massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. Club car takes you anywhere on the resort. It’s much quieter in Tala Bay than Aqabar central but only a short taxi away if you want a change in scenery. Beach was lovely and we dived with Deep Blue.

Cons:

It’s hard to fault.

Very quiet and comfortable accommodation, super friendly staff and bed so soft it felt like sleeping on a cloud.

Cons:

Soft music from the hallway all night long, as well as light and not very subtle fragrance. It was a bit too much for my taste.
