Fantastic Stay - Thank you
Pros:

We had an outstanding experience with the service and hospitality, especially from Umama at reception and in the breakfast room. She is truly an asset to the hotel, and with her professionalism, kindness, and dedication, she will definitely go far. Naveed also gave us a warm, cheerful welcome that made our arrival in Lahore even more special.

We stayed in Lahore for one night, and this was truly one of the best hotels to stay at — excellent location, comfortable rooms, and exceptional service throughout.

On check out, we did not want to leave, we met Aqsa who assisted us and helped answer our questions, Aqsa is fantastic, we also had a good chat to Ali/Naveed in the lobby - all staff are exceptional.

Thank you so much to everyone for your kindness and hospitality. Highly recommended — just stay here, you will not regret it!

Pros:

I was thoroughly impressed with all aspects of the hotel and its dedicated staff. The entire team consistently exceeded expectations, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional service. The Duty Managers were consistently available and eager to assist. This being my inaugural visit to Lahore, Pakistan, the hospitality I experienced was truly remarkable. Amazing staff and beautiful place
Pros:

Rooms were clean and spacious and the reception staff was simply amazing. They accommodated our request for a late check out which was something we will never forget

Cons:

The only issue we faced was wigh the housekeeping knocking our room door while I was sleeping. They came in our room while we were away for swimming and all of our belongings were unlocked in the room and while everything was at its place this was something really unprofessional and unexpected from a hotel like Nishat
