La atención del personal y la comodidad de la habitación. Todo limpio. Muy bien!!

LUGAR ACOGEDOR
Pros:

El ambiente, nos gustó el comedor, las habitaciones, el baño termal del mismo hotel, la piscina (siempre trataban de mantener el agua caliente). El servicio también fue muy bueno, siempre atentos, amables y predispuestos. La comida también agradable, el caldo de gallina nos encantó.

Cons:

La única sugerencia sería que traten de solucionar la limpieza en el canal de agua que está cruzando la pista, no es un chiquero, pero si vimos unas cuántas botellas y envolturas, entiendo que no les corresponde, pero creo que podrían hacer algo para solucionar ese tema.

Muy recomendable
Pros:

La atención del personal es muy cálida. La habitación muy limpia y cómoda que permitía que nuestro descanso fuese buenísimo!. El hotel tiene ascensor, algo poco usual en Cajamarca pero que es muy útil a la hora de subir con el equipaje o cuando estamos con adultos mayores. Muy recomendable.

Super buena la atención del personal, te sientes como en casa, además de contar con su piscina de agua termal buenísima para relajarse al igual que en su poza termal con hidromasajes, bonita experiencia y super recomendado.

Con relación al precio regular, pensé tener mejor vista.
Pros:

Estaban limpias, el hidromasaje y piscina temperada. La comida no estaba mal, el cierto era espacioso. Pero hay que pedirlo bien porque no todos los cuartos tienen buena vista. El personal es atento.

Cons:

No es muy moderno, pero no pase mucho tiempo ahí.

Voluntad y amabilidad de todos los staffs. Súper amables y atentos. La piscina del baños termales.

Cons:

Información en booking no fue correcta. No se puede usar USD en la tarjeta de crédito. El desayuno no era buffet. Faltaban algunos mantenimientos en la habitación.
