I received very personalized attention and my needs were accommodated as best as possible.
Pros:

The staff was unbelievably nice and very helpful. They went beyond and above to make sure we had a good and fun stay. They made sure we had rides back and forth to the beach, a really delicious lunch, a ride back and forth to an event we had to get to and a warm and nice breakfast early in the morning.

They also were very flexible and allowed us to check-in and check-out whenever we needed to. They were very communicative since before arriving to let us know they had an event scheduled for the night.

The pool was really nice with a water bed at the edge which made it pretty comfortable and refreshing.

Cons:

The shower could use some improvements plus shampoo/conditioner or at least being clear that you had to bring those with you.

If the property is scheduled to have an event, it can get a little loud at night.

Pros:

The facilities are beautiful looking on the inside, the property owners go far and beyond to help out with everything you need. Uriel Kiri and Paola are very helpful and great company. They helped us with transport to go to Playa Blanca or playa tranquila, I cant remember the name, and very accommodating hosts.

Cons:

The location as there is need to grab transport to go everywhere and no beach close
