Breakfast is prepared and served according to every guests orders. I enjoyed the most amazing freshly prepared fruit salad with melons from their own garden

This is a gem of a property in a tranquil location with a view that is beyond your wildest dreams. The service level is beyond excellent, Andre goes above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A truly magical place which is hard to leave. Hopefully one day I will return again in the not so distant future.

When we travel overseas and use booking.com we always have a look at the reviews. This gives us an overall feel for the place of interest, and any of its failings.
L-Eremita is rated 9.9 from many reviews and I thought L-Eremita cannot be this good! We found that it is not that good at all and is actually much better!
The location is simply stunning with facilities and accommodation to match. Service is first class with breakfasts to die for.
We enjoyed seven delightful days at L-Eremita and when we come back it will be for a longer time.

Magnifique séjour à L-Eremita où nous sommes restés plusieurs nuits. Les prestations, la literie et les aménagements (piscines notamment) sont de qualité. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux et pantagruélique ! Quant à la décoration, elle peut ne pas plaire mais elle est riche d'oeuvres d'art gozitaines et maltaises : un régal ! Mais avant tout c'est l'accueil d'André et de sa maman qui est exceptionnel : des personnes charmantes, attentionnées mais discrètes. Mille mercis pour ce beau séjour ! Enfin l'emplacement est à signaler : en périphérie de Qala avec un joli panorama sur la mer et les petits jardins clos. Certains pourront le trouver excentré mais c'est là que réside son charme. Et puis à Gozo rien n'est jamais vraiment très éloigné !...

Everything is perfect.
Andre is the perfect host. Nothing is too much effort, he’s incredibly friendly and generally a great guy.
The location is perfect. Just a short walk to the town where there are bars and great restaurants, also a small shop. It is also a nice walk down to the beach. But because it’s on the edge of the village it’s so quiet and relaxing.
The property is perfect. Each of the rooms are beautiful and high spec, the pool is great and not at all busy.
The breakfast… wow! Personalised to our every desire, top quality and so much of it. We didn’t need to eat until dinner.

Wunderschönes Hotel in toller Lage. Umfangreiches Frühstück, welches frisch zubereitet wurde. Sehr nette Gastgeber!

The location and the garden (pomegranates from the garden are served for breakfast) are very relaxing. Andre is the best host, spoiling us every day with a personalized breakfast!

Staff were extremely nice and very helpful.

Quel hôtel exceptionnel !
Dès l’entrée vous plongez dans un cadre incroyable ! Les abords sont magnifiquement avec les statues , les fontaines , les fleurs .
Puis vous pénétrer dans l’hôtel en y découvrant une décoration artistique digne d’un musée mélangé d’art moderne et de style ancien
Le choix des œuvres qui décorent l’ensemble a été choisi avec beaucoup de goût !
Puis nous avons découvert notre chambre !
Un grand Houaaa !
La chambre taillée dans la roche nous a plongé dans une grotte avec bien sûr un confort exceptionnel
Baignoire jacuzzi, écran TV taillle XL ,frigo,coffre fort, douche accès direct à une terrasse privée et accès à la piscine magnifique !
Et la vue ! La vue sur la mer ! On ne s’en lasse pas.
Une seconde piscine plus intime se trouve en surplomb !
Maintenant comment décrire au mieux les hôtes !
Simplement des gens d’une générosité incroyable.
André avec sa maman sont là pour vous faire passer un séjour inoubliable qui donne envie de rester mais surtout de revenir !

Excellent boutique hotel in an incredible location, with fabulous views and lovely breezes even on a very hot day, as well as, wonderful art collection, two swimming pools and very hospitable and warm hosts. Additionally, lovely breakfast cooked to order. Everything is brand new in a beautifully restored ancient building. Everything is also super clean. Highly recommended!

La vue imprenable, le calme général, la chambre en pierre avec la baignoire en marbre, les deux piscines, le petit déjeuner très copieux et le personnel au petit soin pour nous.

We stayed three days at this wonderful boutique hotel in the Qala area. Throughout our stay, we were pampered in every way, from the abundant and excellent breakfasts to the kindness of the owners. Andre, in particular, proved to be an excellent host, attentive to all his guests' needs and always ready to resolve any issues that might arise. The hotel's two pools are breathtaking, especially at sunset with a spectacular view of the sea and the Maltese countryside. We will recommend this place to all our friends and will make sure to return!

Andre and his team were amazing, nothing was too much for them!

Breakfast each day was delicious, we chose each day what we wanted the next. It was fresh and plentiful.

It was a very peaceful hotel, and we were often the only ones at one of the two pools, but there were plenty of Sunbeds for if it got busy!

The views from our rooms and the pool areas were stunning, it was hard to leave!
