Staff are nice. English is not spoken, but technology helps and no issues there. Hotel is clean and modern, located in a safe neighbourhood.
Where should I start? Cramped bathroom. I didn't measure it, but I would be very surprised if the floor area exceeded 3 m2. Yet somehow they managed to cram the sink, the toilet and the shower in there. And they say miracles don't happen any longer.
Lighting, If you are one of those who still read books, a room in the Perugino's is not where you'll do it. And somehow they forgot to add any bedlight to boot.
Breakfast. No surprises there. This is Colombia. Eggs, a bit if bread, a few morsels of some fruit and that's it more or less. If you prefer to start your day with a hearty breakfast, make sure you have bought something the day before in a supermarket.
Finally, the bedspread. Popayan in the night is not the warmest town in Colombia. Particularly if it rains like it did during my stay. So if you have always dreamed of sleeping with your socks, jeans and sweater on, you've come to the right place. The cover was so thin that it hardly helped, so if they didn't think of providing hangers (there was merely one), why should anyone think they would bother providing an extra blanket?
Clean hotel in a good location between the bus terminal and the historic center. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Good breakfast.

Location was good. Close to historical center, yet fairly quiet. Our room was private and quiet and clean, the bed very comfortable and firm.
No one was available to help carry our luggage up the 4 stories to our room. The fruit juices at breakfast were insipid.
Excellent facilities, good location, very helpful staff. This is a great place near the bus station (we were transiting through Popayán by bus). The sraff were very accommodating and helpful. The common spaces function as an art gallery and the room was super clean. Highly recommended.
