The location and communication

Cons:

The noise at night. The beds were uncomfortable. The kitchen was not clean.

A great apartment with superb views that is comfortable and in a great location.
Pros:

An excellent location with many good restaurants nearby. The apartment was very spacious, well equipped and very comfortable.

Cons:

Initially getting into the property was a little tricky as due to having problems getting internet (since we were flying in from Sydney) I didn’t get the email detailing the process. However once I did all went very smoothly.

Don’t normally do reviews but this plate is worth a shoutout.
Pros:

The unit was in a great location if you are catching a cruise ship as we were, literally a 2 minute walk.

Cons:

The unit was very clean , very well equipped and comfortable bed.

Great location, poor maintenance
Pros:

The location was fantastic, right on the water, next to the viaduct, where there are lots of activities during the weekend. The view front the unit was quite amazing.
The unit was spacious, and the balcony was also large. We enjoyed the view, eating outside, and the fresh air very much.
We were able to walk to many
Key sites, such as waterfront, sky tower, Albert Park, and the Queen street shops.

Cons:

The smaller bedroom was quite small, there was not even space for a nightstand. No place to put cellphone.
The back of the dining chairs all had varying degrees of looseness, we avoided sitting on them, fearing of falling.
The cleaning crew was not thorough. We found the coffee pressor in the cupboard still with coffee liquid and coffee ground in it.
Also, the hairdryer was very old and the handle felt very sticky.
Many of these issues could have been addressed easily if the maintenance team had simply paid more attention to details. It would have been an amazing place.

Great stay excellent location
Pros:

Location Views Comfort Quiet Helpful patrons who live there if it was not for them we would have struggled more than we did

Cons:

The handing over of the keys via the lock box was extremely stressful and instructions of disposal at the completion of our stay was wrong and impossible to do

Awesome communication before, during and after from management.
Close to waterfront, town and ferrys.

A spacious apartment with a great view and convenient location.
Pros:

Great location with a view over Auckland Harbour and the Harbour Bridge. Very spacious apartment.

Cons:

It’s a bit tricky to access when you arrive especially if you haven’t read your messages like me! The staff were very helpful though when I phoned them.

Very relaxing a lovely break
Pros:

Excellent position for ferries and food. Close to shopping area.

Cons:

It was very clean, quite and all the add ons one needed etc cleaning product, serving trays the works. Excellent views of the harbour.
