A great stay in Auckland.
Pros:

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well kept up. The kitchen was good with the necessaries. The bed was comfortable. The balcony was good for breakfast. The blackout curtains and sliding partition for the bed area made sleeping good. There was an elevator, but the location on the first level made going up and down the stairs convenient. The bathroom was clean and everything worked well. The apartment has good, sturdy furniture and was laid out well.

Pros:

Great location and the apartment was exactly like the pictures. It had everything one would need for an extended stay and was beautifully decorated. The view of the harbor was amazing. I definitely recommend. Morgan was very helpful.

Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

Booked for 2 single beds and 1 double bed. Arrived to 2 double beds. So son slept on the couch, but when cleaning/leaving realised one double bed was 2 single beds pushed together.

Lovely view, great location. Clean and modern

Cons:

Nothing - just some confusion about our check out date which was very stressful. Team was responsive on email though to sort this out

Great short stay option
Pros:

Great location, close to the Auckland CBD, and ideal for cruise passengers with a short walk to join your cruise ship.

Cons:

Very late notice via email that you had to go to an alternate address to collect your room key. The email was sent whilst flying into Auckland so unable to find out until you took your mobile phone off Aeroplane mode plus having to ask your prearranged transport to make that stop. Luckily it did not cost any more for the transport.

Great location and view - mediocre accommodation
Pros:

The location is amazing as is the view from the patio.

Cons:

It was a bit run down. Doors off the tracks in the closet and balcony. Poorly decorated. Plants were all dead. Second bedroom is too small for the size of the bed.

Great apartment let down by management company.
Pros:

A beautiful apartment in an excellent location right on the harbour. Good quality furniture and complete with everything you need for a short stay.

Cons:

The management company are situated a 10 minute walk away. They send quite a few automated emails but have zero follow up. A week before we arrived we received a message saying that we would receive check in information soon - this never arrived. The printed information about the WiFi and password was incorrect and we were told the wrong location for the rubbish collection. The day before we left we were offered a late check out and despite replying immediately expressing interest we heard nothing more. We had to actually visit them to ask about the late check out only to be told it was not possible as another guest was coming in.
There are many identical apartments with a variety of management agents - I would definitely try to book with anyone else.

It was a phenomenal location- very centrally located and beautiful view. It was lovely to sit on the deck and watch the harbor.
