Direct Access to the shopping mall with great facilities (many breakfast options and a huge supermarket): via Floor B1, you will have direct access to the shopping mall (and to the metro station). Being said that, outside of the opening hours (10am to 10pm), you will not be able to gain access to the metro station via the mall. We usually use the taxi, so it is not an issue for us. Furthermore, they are many other shopping malls within 5-10 minutes walking distance.
Easy access to High Speed Train Station: if you are planning to travel to other cities with the high speed train (to Shenzhen or to Hong Kong), the near train station (Guangzhounam) is only 20 minutes away with the taxi (or 5 stops with the metro).
Close to Chimelong Amusement park: one metro stop (or 5-10 minutes with taxi) to the chime long park consists of a water park, a zoo, a bird park and a circus. Due to the hot weather, we didn't visit the park. However, it is a good plan for the kids besides shopping and eating.
Although the room is designated as "Non-Smoking", there are units on the same floor that are belonging to different local businesses (e.g.nails salon or beauty salon) where the customers/ owners might smoke in the hall way. We don't have issue with the local businesses on the same floor in term of noise but the smell of smoke does get into our unit. We need to put a towel on the floor against the front door, so that no smoking smell can get into our room. Beyond that we are happy with the location and service of this apartment.

Misleading name. This ISN'T a hotel!!! It's multiple units in a tall apartment. There are other units used as other businesses. Lots of noise, cigarette smoke.
Toilet stank of urine. Can't get any assistance as it's all by WeChat and only in Mandarin / Cantonese. Went to reception and there's no one. On multiple times, there was no one at reception.
The location was really convenient and right next to shopping malls and metro station. The check in and check out were also very seamless. The staff was available on chat to accommodate our needs and requests. Highly recommended

There is a mall underneath the hotel and the tram as well. You don't even have to leave the building for that.
There is a night food market just outside the front door from 11pm on. I mean how cool is that !!!
There is a party stretch about 300 meters away. Easy walk.
The view from the rooms with the full lengths windows is amazing.
Don't think that the pics are tricking you its just like it in the room.
Even a washing machine beamer and fridge.

The apartment is not properly clean. Some part of the room are dusty.
Excellent location despite being away from the city center. The apartment was right above a (rather new) mall and had direct access to the metro. The mall hosts a large variety of notable GZ restaurant brands which was extremely convenient. There were also a few other malls such as 四海城 which we frequented.
The space is incredibly comfy and there was a washer in the room. We loved our stay.
We were made to pay the price of the stay upon reaching despite Booking.com already deducting from the card. We were told that this would serve as the deposit.
The bathroom was not cleaned at all.

Location is extremely convenient right above mall/Metro station and all within five minutes walk. Entrance is directly accessed from street side. Great to find food stalls open at night right in front of the lobby. The rooms are loft with 2 beds and well furnished with nice open view.
Also this is a live work apartment, you share the building with carious other tenants unlike a true hotel. Ok by us but guest need to be aware.
While not dirty, it is hard to keep the wood floor dirt less the toilet has a faint odor. The loft stairs did not have proper hand rails so it was a bit dangerous for our toddlers to go up and down unsupervised.
