Vcelku vydařený pobyt v komfortním hotelu v příjemném prostředí.
Pros:

Bohatá snídaně - opravdu velký výběr. Ochotný personál.
Velké pokoje, výtah, lyžárna. Vše čisté. Vždy dostupné.

Cons:

Matrace nebyly zcela komfortní.

Zeer prettig verblijf op een rustige locatie.
Pros:

Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en service gericht. Het ontbijt en diner buffet waren uitgebreid, veel keuzemogelijkheden en mooi gepresenteerd.

Cons:

De aanvangstijd van het ontbijt was laat, namelijk half 8. Omdat we op tijd naar de piste wilden, viel dit wat tegen. Om 7 uur zou al veel fijner zijn.

Pros:

Skvělá lokalita. Prostorné parkoviště před hotelem. Asi kilometr od Skiareálu Steinplatte. Měli jsme rodinný pokoj. Dostatečně veliký, prostorný a světlý s balkonem a výhledem na hory. Oddělené WC, prostorná koupelna s dvěma umyvadly vana a sprchový kout. Na recepci a v restauraci velice milý a vstřícný personál. Welnes po lyžování bylo super. Župany na pokoji, dětské k zapůjčení na recepci.
Skvělá snídaně formou bufetu. Palačinka, omeleta na přání. Večeře skvělá formou bufetu ryba, maso výběr salátů. V přízemí posilovna a herna pro děti.

Cons:

Vybavení pokojů je trochu starší, ale plně dostačující.

Sehr schöne Lobby und Speiseraum.

Das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das angedachte Zimmer hat uns nicht so gut gefallen und die Dame an der Rezeption hat uns sofort geholfen und ein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt.

Skvělý hotel s perfektními službami
Pros:

Velice pěkný interiér (restaurace, bar, foyer), prakticky vybavené pokoje (WC zvlášť, v koupelně 2 umyvadla, hodně úložného prostoru, ramínek, věšáků) všude teplo. Wellness super, s výhledem na hory. Skvělé a velmi pestré jídlo formou bufetu, velice milý a profesionání personál. Herna pro děti, ping-pongový stůl, kulečník... Hotelový Ski-bus s naprosto úžasným řidičem. S veškerým personálem jsme se domluvili anglicky. Vše skvělé, bezproblémové. U

Cons:

Na nás byly matrace příliš měkké, což je ale ve většině hotelů.
Rozkládací pohovka (přistýlka pro 8-letého syna) zase poměrně tvrdá. Toto je v některých hotelech řešeno vrchní tenkou vrchní-matrací.
