Pros:

Безусловно расположение отеля , отличный персонал , особенно ресепшен , всегда помогут , подскажут , объяснят . Наличие прачечной , хороший завтрак .

Cons:

Отсутствие в номере холодильника , сейфа , кстати они прописаны у букинг ,( . Немного страдает уборка , и конечно же датчик света с включением света при любом движении в постели ,(((( не возможно пошевелиться - сразу включается свет ,((( и не отключить (((

Pros:

The Rooms were good, beds and washroom were clean. Most importantly the staff were really helpful. Right from helping book Taxi, foot massage, order food etc

Cons:

The only improvement would be the building itself. Looks a bit old on the outside that needs a bit of painting.

A 15 minutos de una buena área comercial de Guangzhou

Cons:

El hotel cuenta únicamente con un restaurante chino, sin demasiadas opciones que cierra temprano. No hay bar para cocktails. El personal no habla prácticamente inglés. Me reclamaron pago por el descuento que me había hecho booking y tuve que demostrarles luego de 2,5hs de búsqueda de información que yo ya había pagado y terminé llamando a booking (35’ me atendieron muy bien y finalmente en Atour entendieron que yo no debía nada)

Excelente servicio, excelente ubicación. Sin duda volvería!

Lo mejor es el trato de sus empleados, Sherry su manager se encarga de resolver todo los problemas que tengas, hasta me compró artículos desde su cuenta de JD y mando al personal a buscarlos porque teníamos ya que partir. Toda la atención es excelente. La ubicación es muy buena, muy cerca caminando a los shoppings más importantes, como el central Park, grand view Mall. En periodo de feria tienen un servicio de bus excelente, te esperan con una recepción con bebidas y comida que te permite compartir con otro huéspedes que van a la feria. Sin dudas volvería!! Nos mimaron las 7 noches que estuvimos. Gracias a todos
