Une seule nuit dans cet hôtel mais quelle nuit ! Accueil incroyable, chambre sublime avec vue et piscine privative… merc
Pros:

Nous avons été surclassé et avons bénéficié d’une suite incroyable, spacieuse, ultra sonfortable avec terrasse et piscine privative à débordement, vue sur la caldera et l’arrière pays ainsi que le coucher de soleil ! Le personnel est dévoué et merci aux porteurs de bagages car l’accès dans les ruelles est complexe compte tenu du nombre de marches ! Le batiment de l’hotel est sublime, le petit déjeuner copieux et de bonne qualité, tout était parfait !

Incredible staff, hotel a little tired.
Pros:

Lovely grounds, breakfast was incredible, the main building stunning.

The reception staff were truly lovely. Unfortunately I had a few reasons to talk to them but they were so helpful and the Manager at the desk couldn’t do enough for me.

Cons:

The rooms were a bit tired and needed renovation. My bathroom was lovely but a bit dilapidated. The room was suffering with mould and to counteract it, there was an incredibly loud portable dehumidifier…

The cleaning staff were lovely, just a little… thoughtless. For example, on each day - even after I mentioned it to the front desk - they would throw bin bags in my courtyard. The contents of the bins would then fly all around the courtyard. It actually pained me a little to complain about it, but it happened each and every day.

I booked a hot tub cave room, but used the ‘hot’ tub only once for 15 minutes as it was *freezing* cold and full of stones and debris from the roof that kept falling in. I’d recommend they renovate the rooms and the pools and perhaps heat them.

I would definitely stay with Omilos Hotels again
Pros:

Everything was fabulous. On arrival there was a lovely relaxed vibe to the hotel
Offered a refreshment by the lovely Eva and looked after well by Dimitri and then you take in the jaw dropping view of Santorini

Locatie superba, servicii de recepție de îmbunătățit
Pros:

Un hotel foarte frumos, o combinație foarte reușită intre un palat venețian si o zona nou construită, modernă, cu o perspectiva superbă asupra întregii insule. Rezervarea a fost pentru 2 Premium Suite with Sharing Pool. Camere mari , echipate cu tot ce ai nevoie si ca bonus o piscina exclusivă cu o vedere panoramică asupra întregii insule. Mic dejun generos, cu produse si servicii de foarte buna calitate.

Cons:

Ar fi doua aspecte de menționat.
Unul, asupra căruia eram de altfel avizați, este ca nu exista acces cu mașina. Parcarea se face undeva la baza dealului, restul drumului trebuind sa fie făcut pe jos. Un drum de cca 10 min, in panta. Nu e grav dar e bine de știut de cei pentru care ar putea fi un inconvenient. Oricum, nu e ceva ce tine de hotel ci de geografia locului.
Al doilea si cel care mă oprește sa dau un 10 curat acestui sejur a fost încercarea insistenta a doamnei de la recepție de a ne caza int-o camera sub standardul ales de noi. In categoria aleasa de noi, formal sunt trei camere: 113,211 si 212. Spre deosebire de 211 si 212 care au suprafețe generoase si ieșire directă la piscina, camera 113 este cel mult pe jumătate ca suprafață si este plasată cumva sub nivelul solului, cu o singura ieșire mica către o scara de acces ce urca la piscina. Diferența de confort si percepție intre 113 si celelalte doua fiind frapantă. Deși toate trei erau libere la momentul sosirii noastre doamna de la recepție a insistat ca una din camere sa fie cea din subsol. Lucru cu care evident nu am fost de acord, de aici rezultând o discuție mult mai dura decât s-ar fi cuvenit. Daca pot înțelege "încercarea' de a plasa camera mai puțin vandabila si pastrarea celei bune pentru o eventuală cazare "last minute" mi se pare absolut impardonabilă si neprofesionista insistența, încăpățânarea in acest demers. Cu atât mai mult cu cât , cu excepția unei singure nopți nu au mai fost rezervări pentru acest tip de camere. Într‐un final, după multi nervi si o discuție absolut neplăcuta am reușit sa primim camerele pentru care am ales de fapt acest hotel. Un incident complet nedorit si foarte ușor de evitat de către staff-ul hotelului si care a umbrit experiența generală. Sper sincer ca managementul hotelului sa tragă concluziile necesare si sa ia masurile cuvenite pentru ca acest lucru sa nu se mai întâmple.

Meget smukt og romantisk hotel som klart kan enbefales!

Morgenmaden var fantastisk, beliggenheden kunne ikke være bedre, super personale og service, super fed vibe generelt. Meget romantisk hotel og en udsigt fra hotellet der ikke kunne være bedre. Kan meget anbefales til par!

Sengene var for hårde. De aller sidste detaljer i forhold til indretning manglede.

Cons:

La camera era troppo umida, abbiamo svuotato il deumidificatore ben due volte. Non c’era nessun tipo di confort da 5 stelle (non c’era un kit spazzolino, il balsamo, una crema corpo). In camera ci è stata lasciata una sola capsula per il caffè quando era una doppia.

Suite meravigliosa e personale gentilissimo. Scegliere di alloggiare a Pyrgos è stata la scelta più giusta, si trova al centro dell’isola, è molto tranquillo e a nostro parere il paesino più bello di tutta l’isola. Colazione inclusa buonissima, non è il solito buffet ma puoi ordinare due piatti deliziosi dal menu alla carta. Ringrazio di cuore tutto lo staff

Best time and trip of my life
Pros:

Stunning place. Loved the area, the view and the amenities, it was like a dream come through this place. Specially love the attention from the hotel, how caring they are and how fast they solve our issues. Special kudos to Dimitri, he did such and amazing job at offering us different activities to do around and always making sure we were having a pleasant stay.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was excellent.
