Cons:

I have to change rooms three times First room the toilet smelled of urine and drainage in the bathroom the bedding was dirty the second room had no showerhead and the tap for the shower was broken. The third room. One of the bed was broken and the Support for the mattress under the mattress was not good
He used to be able to get a traditional Egyptian breakfast on the rooftop now the rooftop is virtually empty and there’s no facilities for drinks or anything

Gizadaki en berbat otel check in de boş odamız yok dediler üstelik 2 ayrı yataklı odanın ücretini ödemiştim sonra bize caddeye bakan tek yataklı çok pis bi oda verdiler zaten ses yalıtımı gibi bişey yok ve cadde her saat inanılmaz gürültülü korna ve müzik sesinden uyumayı bırakın dinlenmek bile mümkün değil. Gece su ve elektrik kesildi klima zaten yoktu oda temizliği yok. Hayatımda kaldığım en berbat otel. Ahır gibi bişey . Israrla 3. Gün odamızı değiştirdiler arka tarafa bakan bi oda verdiler yine gürültü vardı ama ilkine göre daha iyidi. Kimse kalmasın burada . Hatta elimde olsa Booking üzerinde dava bile açarım.

odada yerler tozluydu. banyo havlusu bile koymamislar. uyduruk kucuk bir el-yuz havlusu vardi sadece. ayrica hizli internet dedikleri sey hizli degildi. baya yavasti. yatakta eski ve yaylari belli olan bir yatakti.

I asked him twice if he was serious, he said yes both times. Reviews should be independent and not under pressure to get a 5 star rating. Stop this pathetic behavior. This is the bottom drawer and against the guidelines of Booking.

Çalışanlar yardımsever güleryüzlü. Zor durumlarda yardım etmek için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. İlk gün girişte yaşadığımız bazı problemer için müdür bizimle iletişime geçip özür diledi ve yardımcı olabilmek için ne gerekiyorsa yapabileceğini söyledi. Fiyatına göre iyi bir otel.

Cons:

Ayrılırken 10 puan verdirip fotoğrafını çekiyorlar. Bunu yapmasalar daha yüksek puan verebilirdim.

مكان الفندق ممتاز وسهل الوصول، الحديقة الامامية للفندق مكان رائع ونضيف جدًا ومعتنى بيها بشكل ممتاز.
الاستاف محترم ومساعد جدًا، زياد ومروة كانو ودودين في التعامل ومحترفين في تقديم الخدمة. عبدالله رغم اني مقابلتوش لكن كلمته في التليفون ووفرلي كل المعلومات اللي محتاجها.
جهاد اهتمت بمعرفة رأيي وتجربتي وعجبني حرصها على رضا العميل والنية للتطوير والتحسين.
