The bedroom in general was pretty confortable.
I had a terrible experience with this Hotel, the hotel ran out of power at 5am (for 12 hours) in the morning in the day I needed to check out. I was forced to get out of the properly and it was really uncomfortable to know a hotel with this category has no backup power to handle these situations. I wasn't able to rest properly and when the power went out, I was able to hear employees in the kitchen talking from my bedroom which basically woke us up before we were planning to start our day.
Really bad experience with this hotel compared to other boutique hotel downtown in Cartagena.

Aucune insonorisation ! À ce prix là c'est juste honteux. On entend son voisin dire "OK google" (les chambres sont connectées)... Plusieurs chambres sont situées le long du couloir de passage et en face du lieu de convivialité où il y à la piscine. On entend tout comme si les gens étaient dans la chambre. Nous avons donc très mal dormi.

The only positive aspect of our stay was the hotel staff. They were kind and welcoming. Jinessa , Esteban and the woman who helped with our luggage. If it weren’t for them, my experience would have been much worse
Let’s start with the fact that the photos shown online do not match reality at all. Yes, the location is excellent, but the rooms leave a lot and I mean a lot to be desired. It is extremely overpriced for what they actually offer.
The air conditioner is not powerful enough for the room, so it stays uncomfortably hot. The sheets were stained, there was no nightstand on both sides of the bed, and the walls were dirty, unpainted, and poorly patched. On top of that, the water went out during our stay and the internet didn’t work.
The room didn’t even have a desk to work on or a proper place to put our luggage (on the floor) There weren’t any hooks to hang clothes either.
Regarding breakfast, for Cartagena, a coastal city with rich local cuisine, I was expecting something more typical. Instead, they only offer waffles, and even then, when I ordered some, they brought me pancakes. It was so disappointing that it didn’t even feel worth complaining. The breakfast area wasn’t even set up; we had to wait for them to prepare it.
Thank God it was only one night, but we will not be returning. I do not recommend this place; there are many better options in Cartagena.
A place for resting without being annoyed. All the staff wes very friendly (Katherine, Esteban and the rest of the team) and so helpful. Made us feel like at home. Breakfast was enough and delicious.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes kleines Boutique-Hotel, ausgewähltes und jeweils frisch zubereitetes Frühstück, zuvorkommendes Personal. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist wunderbar. Die Fenster sind schallisoliert, sodass man die angrenzende Seitenstrasse fast nicht hört. Die Lage ist am Rande der Altstadt in einem guten Quartier; in 5 Minuten ist man an zentralen Plätzen. Insgesamt ist es etwas ruhiger an dieser Ecke, was der Erholung gut tut (keine laute Disko nebenan ;-))
Nicht alle Zimmer haben abgetrennte Bäder, was allenfalls nicht für jede Reisepartnerschaft passt. Das allenfalls kurz anfragen vorher. Aber das Hotel ist sonst absolut top!
