Pros:

The beds were comfortable & it offers room service.

Cons:

Not very handicap accessible, steps to get to the check in desk & the lift for a wheelchair user takes away a handrail. I brought someone who is developmentally disabled & visually impaired but walks holding onto someone with his one good arm. Also they have pin code locks on the bathroom doors in the lobby which makes it hard to get in them. Also when I used booking.com I asked for a handicap room on the 1st floor because of who I had with me & they put us on the 5th floor & he had a very hard time in the small bathroom.
