La proximité du centre

Cons:

Le bruit venant des routes bordants l’établissement ainsi que de la climatisation de la chambre était souvent dérangeant.
Le fait que le bas des fenêtres de la chambre se situe à 1,60 m du sol donne à la chambre un aspect de vie en sous-sol bien que la chambre était située au 5ème étage!
