I arrived with two minor children at 11:00 PM, the temperature outside was -10°C, and I called the manager, explained to him that there was no heating or hot water, he came to charge me, and once he took the money, he disappeared.

Cons:

Was sleutel verloren, heb veel geld betaald voor mijn verblijf,en de gastheer,heeft niet de moeite gedaan voor mij om 19u in de avond te helpen.

Kon niet meer binnen moest een ander hotel nemen zonder kleren zonder paspoort etc de dag erna konden ze de sleutel brengen en moest ook nog cash betalen ..

Ik reis veel maar dit had ik nog nooit meegemaakt!.

I guess they pay taxes otherwise. I did it to be nice.
A few moments later I figured out that the towels were dirty. I asked from him to change and he said he would bring. He didn't. Those kind of people should be banned from the here.

Замечательное жилье, вернусь снова 😊
Pros:

Просторная и комфортная квартира, есть все необходимое для проживания, чисто и уютно, очень понравились окна в пол, было много солнца)) так же есть тапочки, интернет иногда пропадал, на территория дома своя парковка, что очень удобно. Расположение хорошее, пешком до центра минут 40, но мы перемещались на машине, для нас было близко.

Locație superba, într-o o zona foarte liniștită. Condiții de cazare top cu absolut tot ce ai nevoie. Apartament foarte spațios, minunat mobilat și utilat pentru un sejur de vis.

The apartment is very big and good, cosy, the host is very friendly and helpful. We needed some of the kitchen stuff the host brings for us very quickly,
