Geweldig
Pros:

Absoluut geweldige kamers met hoge plafonds. Het is een klein appartement waar het heerlijk vertoeven is als je ook in het hotel moet blijven. Prachtige ligging en locatie. Restaurant zeer goed en geweldig ontbijt. Personeel top. Prijs kwaliteit zeer hoog.

Prachtig vormgegeven hotel
Pros:

Prachtige en fijne suite voor een gezin van 4 met 2 kinderen. Mooi ingericht, fijne sfeer en mooie ruime badkamers. Daarnaast prachtig uitzicht op het water met de grote ramen.

Cons:

Helaas geen room service en geen gym.

Paradoxalement, vu l’investissement qui nécessite à mon avis, une rentabilisation, nous avons trouvé une certaine indifférence du personnel, notamment au bar, et au restaurant, avec semble-t-il, une très faible volonté de satisfaire le client, une forme d’attitude de fonctionnaire planqué: nous sommes arrivés au bar tardivement, puisqu’il n’y avait pas de repas servi après 20h 30, nous avons été manger ailleurs, on nous a dit « dernière commande »
Le lendemain soir nous nous sommes présentés vers 19h30 au restaurant cette fois on nous a dit : »nous sommes complets » il y avait à peine six tables occupées… Je doute de la rentabilité de ce bel investissement de ce magnifique bâtiment : je ne serais pas prêt à me présenter à nouveau pour mendier la possibilité de manger à Table.

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Pros:

Das Zimmer hatte eine Küchenzeile, so dass man dort sich auch selbst verpflegen kann. Haben wir genutzt, da das Hotel etwas außerhalb liegt. Der Blick auf die Werft und Hafen - morgens waren plötzlich Schiffe angekommen ( Binnenschifffahrt) für Flussreisen und genau so überraschend weg. Ebenso konnte man die vorbeifahrenden Schiffe auf der Nordsee beobachten. Der Balkon war herrlich - Sonne und Blick auf den Hafen und See.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war über 2.Etagen. Die gewendelte Treppe war sehr steil und der Tritt sehr kurz. Ist schon eine Sturzgefahr - besonders nachts (Bad und Toilette in dem unteren Bereich). Für längere Aufenthalte fehlen Ablagen.

Pros:

Het hotel is rustig gelegen net buiten het centrum, maar op wandelafstand van de oude markt met zijn restaurants en terrasjes. De kamer was ruim en het balkon met uitzicht op het water een echt pluspunt. Het ontbijtbuffet was uitgebreid met zéér vriendelijk personeel!

Das Personal ist sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Frühstück war sehr vielfaltig und gut. Architektur des Hotels ist toll.

Cons:

In der Küche gibt es zwar ein Warmwasser Anschluss, der ist aber abgesperrt. Da die Klimaanlage "unter" den Fenstern verbaut werden musste (ich nehme an, wegen der Architektur), ist es abends, sobald die Sonne weg ist ziemlich kühl bis kalt, obwohl ich die Temperatur der Klimaanlage immer wieder höhergestellt habe. Es wird nicht richtig Staub gesaut, WC-Deckel war nicht festgeschraubt (dies wurde jedoch schell vom netten Personal behoben - ich musste es jedoch erst melden). Einige Leuchtmittel (Licht) in der Suit sind defekt, bzw. flackern. Die Fahrräder, die man mieten kann, sollten zuvor kontrolliert werden: eine Bremse ging nicht. Da noch genau ein Fahrrad verfügbar war, konnte ich es austauschen - an dem gingen jedoch beide Lichter nicht, was ich erst Abends festgestellt hatte. Das sind alles Punkte, die eigentlich schnell behoben werden können und so einer nächsten Buchung im Hotel nicht mehr im Wege stehen.
