Affordable, spacious room for budget trip
Pros:

Bed was really comfortable, clean tiles, Chair available, cupboard without hangers, tall mirror.

Cons:

Lacking a small table and a night lamp. Fan control was away from bed. Need improvement in bathroom.

This is not a hotel .. I found this as an apartment located in a slum . Not safe for ladies .

Pros:

There was no breakfast at the place of stay, they send someone to grab something for anyone who wants breakfast. This is not what was displayed in the pictures on booking.com. And they said they can't get anything before 9am - very disappointing.

Cons:

The wifi was so bad. I couldnt do any work. It was down 90% of the time, as good as absent. Very very frustrating.
The rooms were missing lightbulbs, chair for work-table, hand towel.
I mean, I expect if there is a hand-towel holder in a bathroom, that they would provide an hand towel.
I expect if there is a work desk, then there should be a chair to go with it.
I expect if there is wifi, then it works.

I had to go to the receptionist multiple times to ask for these things. It is not the kind of stay which allowed me to get comfortable after a long travel.
