Excellent service, food and room!
Pros:

The grounds and facilities are gorgeous and well maintained, beautiful flowers, plants, trees, all kinds of birds, fish, monkeys and peacocks roaming around it’s amazing.The buildings and rooms are beautiful. We arrived late and they were waiting for us and even kept the kitchen open and allowed us to order dinner after normal hours. We are very appreciative and since we live nearby plan to visit often.

Pros:

Les serveuses sont très gentilles. Le site est joli.

Cons:

Dès mon arrivé, le gérant m’accuse de ne pas avoir réservé la bonne chambre et le bon nombre de personnes pour ma famille de 5 (ce qui était faux). Il avait un ton très accusateur. C’était la première fois que ça m’arrivait avec Booking. Il s’est par la suite excusé mais c’était très irrespectueux.

L'accueil, l'eau chaude, la piscine, les animaux partout (colibris, paons, dindes, perroquets...), l'ambiance paisible.

Cons:

Rien. Seul bémol mais ils n'y sont pour rien, Tayrona étant fermé, calabazo est un peu loin de tout....

Hôtel parfait à l’entrée du parc Tayrona
Pros:

-chambre très propre et confortable
-beau balcon avec vue sur la nature
-jardins, arbres et plantes
-présence de plusieurs animaux (colibris, pans, canards, chats, chiens)
-belle piscine propre
-personnels très sympathiques
-bon restaurant

-grande compréhension du gérant dans des modifications de dates de notre part suite à la fermeture du parc tayrona

Das Essen ist sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Atmosphäre mit dem Garten ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Der Papagei im Garten hatte gestutzte Flügel und konnte daher nicht fliegen. Der sitzt dort den ganzen Tag auf seinem „Baum“ und kann nichts machen. Das hat die ganze Atmosphäre für uns sehr gekippt, sowas ist nicht zeitgemäss.

Der Tayrona Nationalpark war leider geschlossen, was wir aber erst erfahren haben, als wir dort beim Eingang waren. Unserer Meinung nach hätte diese Information durch das Personal gegeben werden müssen, da vermutlich die meisten Gäste für den Nationalpark anreisen.

Could be so much better

The staff in the restaurant are wonderful.

Location is really good, very near the Calabazo entrance to Tayrona.

The plant nursery they have is beautiful and worth a walk around.

Cons:

The place is so dirty. The room was so musty and there were several large patches of mould on the walls. Our coffee machine was so filthy we had to get the staff to come and clean it before it could be used. The grounds themselves are covered with litter which is such a shame, as the plants and trees are very beautiful.

The worst thing is the captive parrots they have. Firstly, the miserable Blue & Yellow Macaw they have on display at the restaurant. One of the most trafficked animals in the world and this place shows its willingness to participate in that. I'm sure they'll claim it's been rescued, but there is no information to support this or to educate guests. They have other parrots as well, which every day we saw one of the staff tease the dogs with, holding it close to their faces until the parrots flapped and screeched. For a place based in the middle of a national park, this is surprising and really disappointing.

Un bel hôtel, bien situé pour démarrer ou finir sa journée après le parc Tayrona
Pros:

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour être proches de l'entrée du parc et nous ne l'avons pas regretté. L'hôtel est très beau, le restaurant propose une belle variété de plats. Un endroit idéal pour pouvoir démarrer sa journée tôt dans le parc Tayrona ou même passer la nuit en sortant du parc (l'hôtel possède une belle piscine, que nous n'avons pas testée). Possibilité de laisser son gros sac à l'hôtel pendant la visite du parc, mais aussi de faire une lessive (service payant). Je recommande !

Would stay again.
Pros:

Rooms are big and comfortable. Surrounding nature is beautiful and peaceful. There a lot of cute animals, running free.

Cons:

There are some outside common areas that are not at all maintained which is a shame.
