Pros:

Une équipe très disponible et a l’écoute qui nous a permis de récupérer notre logement malgré une arrivée tardive suite à un vol décalé pour problème météorologique, et nous a même surclassé ! Encore merci !

La ubicación es perfecta para poder hacer excursiones diferentes cada día. Justo en la salida hay pequeños comercios y restaurantes para poder también variar un poco las comidas
El desayuno increíble. La piscina muy cuidada y limpia. Perfecta para refrescarse después de las salidas

Se podrían poner mosquiteras en las ventanas para poder dormir y dejarlas abiertas. Hace mucho calor y el ventilador y el aire acondicionado hacen mucho ruido

Excelente! Si volviera al Tayrona repetiría.

El conjunto de las instalaciones, el trato del personal y estar rodeados de animales y plantas preciosas.

Cons:

Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la ducha que fué solucionado de inmediato, y nos cambiaron a una habitación mucho mejor, por lo que el problema se convirtió en una mejora para nosotros.

Pros:

Alles hat super funktioniert - wir starteten vom Flughafen Santa Marta mit dem Taxi nach El Zaino, da wir von da in den Tayrona Nationalpark wollten, übernachteten eine Nacht am Playa Brava und verließen am nächsten Tag den Park Richtung Calabazo. Das Hotel liegt nicht weit vom Eingang Calabazo - ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg. Wir durften unser Gepäck schon 2 Tage früher hinbringen, damit wir nicht alles durch den Nationalpark mitnehmen mussten - es war sehr freundlich, das u verstauen! Das Frühstück war super lecker, darüber hab ich mich sehr gefreut. Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber, der Pool ist perfekt um zu entspannen, aber auch genüsslich zu schwimmen. Die ganze Anlage hat mir richtig gut gefallen.

Cons:

Das Abendessen war eher enttäuschend, das fand ich etwas schade. Wir bestellten zwei verschiedene Nudelgerichte und beide waren eher Suppen mit Nudel.

La ubicación, la comida y el trato recibido por el personal. Las habitaciones estaban muy bien equipadas y limpias.

Cons:

La TV de la habitación no funcionaba.
En la cuenta de la cena que tuvimos, nos pusieron como un servicio añadido al total. No veo oportuno que en un hotel donde te hospedas añadan en la cuenta este tipo de conceptos sin preguntar.

Lovely gateway to Park Tayrona
Pros:

Lovely garden centre and swimming pool, the room was comfortable and the bed was big. There were friendly dogs and lots of other animals on the property.

Cons:

Breakfast was not particularly good and there were some insects including a cockroach in the bathroom.

Muy buena experiencia, el lugar es hermoso, las habitaciones eran muy cómodas. El personal es extremadamente amable, muy dispuesto a resolver cualquier duda. El desayuno también estaba muy bueno! Nos sorprendió un poco que la habitación se hiciera todos los días jaja, pero denota el nivel de preocupación general alto. También la piscina estaba bastante bien y los jardines muy bien cuidados, la pasamos increíble.

Le cadre est magique. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, comme le restaurant d ailleurs

Cons:

La chambre est assez sommaire, pas de machine à café.
Attention à la nuit du samedi au dimanche car il y a une discothèque dans le village à 500m et on l entend toute la nuit. Aucun problème de bruit les autres nuits.
