При заселені була дівчина максимально не зацікавлена у роботі та з відношенням до гостей дуже поганим, приклад : у вас є платний паркінг для мого авто? Так, а але все зайнято! Де поряд можна поставити авто? Тут житлові будинки поряд десь шукай місце або на заправці! потім питаю у іншого співробітника а місця є, і платно паркую авто , це було таке відношення до нас, дуже сподіваюсь що хтось з керівництва прочитає це, бо вам псують ваш бізнес !!! Загалом готель тверді 3 зірки, ціни за номер тут завищені

Einmal und nie wieder, direkt an der Hauptstraße, es gibt tollere Hotels in Krakau.
Pros:

Frühstück war gut. Betten waren bequem.

Cons:

Direkt an einer Hauptstraße, ganze Nacht Lärm vom Verkehr an der Straße und Flugzeuge direkt drüber.
Kaum Sitzgelegenheiten am Hotel. Möbel sehr in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise nur dunkles Holz. Viele Lampen in den Gängen zum Zimmer defekt.

الموقع قربه للمطار سهولة الدخول والخروج بدون تعقيد توفر المواقف رغم أنها غير مجانيه كما في بعض الفنادق

Cons:

أخذت شقه عدم وجود ساتر للنوافذ بالصاله عدم وجود شطاف عدم توفر ادوات الكي والسيفين بكس لا يعمل

Cons:

طلبنا سرير مزدوج ولكن وجدنا سريرين منفردات مدمجة ببعضها البعض ولكن دائما يوجد فراغ بين السريرين ولم يتم تنظيف الغرفه بشكل يومي
