Πολύ καλή εικόνα χώρου , αρνητική εμπειρία με το parking
Pros:

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο και αρκετά άνετο για δύο άτομα, καλύπτοντας πλήρως τις παροχές που αναφέρονταν .
Η τοποθεσία του είναι ιδιαίτερα βολική, καθώς βρίσκεται περίπου 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο. Επιπλέον, η επικοινωνία με την κυρία ήταν άψογη, καθώς ήταν ευγενική, εξυπηρετική και πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε.

Cons:

Το βασικό ζήτημα αφορά την ενημέρωση σχετικά με τη στάθμευση. Πριν την κράτηση, λάβαμε σαφή διαβεβαίωση ότι θα υπάρχει διαθέσιμος χώρος για πάρκινγκ είτε μπροστά από το κατάλυμα είτε σε κοντινή απόσταση. Στην πράξη, κάτι τέτοιο δεν ίσχυσε, με αποτέλεσμα να μην βρούμε θέση και να αναγκαστούμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε επί πληρωμή πάρκινγκ. Απαιτείται μεγαλύτερη υπευθυνότητα και ακρίβεια στην ενημέρωση των επισκεπτών.

Pros:

MeliGeo, Σύγχρονο, μοντέρνο, καθαρό δωμάτιο σχετικά κοντά στο κέντρο των Ιωαννίνων. Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση από τους ιδιοκτήτες σε ότι χρειάστηκε. Τα Ιωάννινα πανέμορφα και σίγουρα θα τα επισκεφθούμε ξανά επιλέγοντας καποιο από τα συγκεκριμένα δωμάτια.

Modernes, ruhiges, gemütliches, stadtnahes Appartment, alles Notwendige vorhanden. Ich komme wieder!
Pros:

Alles war super, ich habe mich wirklich wie zuhause gefühlt. Es ist ein schnuckeliges Appartment, perfekt und gemütlich für 1 Person, gerne auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt! Ruhig, gemütlich, persönlich, alles Notwendige vorhanden. Kontaktaufnahme und checkin problemlos! Superbequeme Betten! Mein Tipp für Ioannina, ich komme wieder!

Cons:

Das einzige: Die Parkplatzsituation. Es gibt 2 - dauernd belegte Plätze vor der Tür - dafür ist man stadtnah!

Πολύ καθαρά και πολυ καλα εξοπλισμένα δωμάτια! Ειχε τα πάντα μεσα! Μέχρι και έξτρα πετσέτες...! Αρκετά βολικά επίσης. Πολύ φιλική και εξυπηρετικη η κ. Βάσω! Πολύ καλό value for money επίσης!

Cons:

Το μόνο αρνητικό ηταν οτι ήταν περίπου 20 λεπτά περπάτημα απο την παλιά πόλη και το ότι ήταν λίγο δύσκολο το παρκιγκ, ειδικα τις πρώτες μέρες που δεν ηξερες καλα την περιοχή...
