Beautifully renovated suites with a mixture of new and old. Set in a quieter part of the old town it is a easy walk to all the sites and restaurants.
Staff are lovely and attentive with a delicious breakfast served in the garden areas.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect – just a short walk from the city center, restaurants, shops, and all the main attractions. The breakfast served every day was delicious, and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

De accomodatie ligt in het oude centrum, en op een steenworp afstand van de haven, uitgaansgelegenheden en het strand. Alles ligt binnen 10-15 lopen. Het personeel is extreem vriendelijk en de gastvrouw/ eigenaresse van Casa Moazzo is trots op haar accomodatie, het is haar ouderlijk huis geweest.

There are simply no words to describe how incredible and special Casa Moazzo is.

As a family, we have stayed in dozens of hotels and accommodations around the world, but this place is truly different. Beyond the exceptional quality of the rooms, the comfortable beds, the great shower, the impeccable cleanliness, and the wonderful breakfast, we had an experience that will stay with us forever.

During our trip, our one-year-old baby became seriously ill and suffered a febrile seizure. The hotel owner immediately stepped in to help us, personally took us to the hospital, and stayed by our side supporting us as if we were family. When we returned after the hospitalization, they continued to care for us in every possible way, bringing toys for our children, checking on us, and treating us with a level of kindness and warmth that felt like we had known each other for years.

We feel incredibly fortunate that we chose to stay here during such a difficult moment. What could have been a terrifying experience was made so much easier because of the compassion and humanity we found at Casa Moazzo.

The location is also fantastic, just a short walk from both the vibrant old town and the beach.

Without a doubt, this was the best hospitality experience we have ever had. If I could give 10,000 stars, I would.

Vraiment une suite splendide avec tout le confort . Tout etait tres bien pensé entre la décoration magnifique et les petits plus pour notre plaisir et 3 belles climatisations . Le personnel adorable et emplacement a quelque pas des boutique .endroit tres calme et bien isolé. Parking a proximité et pour 5 euros par jour . Nous sommes ravis de notre passage. Et helt fantastisk ophold! Hotellet er utroligt hyggeligt, rent og indbydende med en dejlig, afslappende atmosfære. Personalet fortjener en særlig ros- alle var utrolige søde, høflige, smilende og altid klart til at hjælpe. Man føler sig virkelig velkommen fra første øjeblik.

Das Casa Moazzo ist ein Juwel mitten in der Innenstadt von Rethymnon. Wir sind vom Flughafen Heraklion mit dem Mietwagen direkt nach Rethymnon gefahren. In einer Stunde waren wir auf dem Parkplatz direkt am Meer (Samstags-Markt), der kostenfrei zur Verfügung steht. Da wir im Juni unterwegs waren, gab es nie Probleme einen freien Platz zu finden. Am Samstag ist Markt, daher sollte man sich für diesen Tag einen Ausweichplatz suchen.
Das Casa Moazzo selbst liegt ca. 8 Fußminuten vom Parkplatz entfernt und selbst mit Gepäck ist die Entfernung gut zu überwinden. Wir hatten ein bisschen Schwierigkeiten, das Casa Moazzo zu finden. Hätten wir unsere Augen weit geöffnet, dann ist das Schild am Eingang des Hauses nicht zu übersehen.
Wir haben uns für ein Apartment im Erdgeschoss entschieden mit Freisitz (Bank) direkt vor dem Apartment. Dabei haben wir nicht bedacht, dass das Apartment kein Fenster hat. Für uns war es überhaupt nicht schlimm; jedoch würden wir beim nächsten Aufenthalt ein Apartment mit Fenster buchen. Das Apartment war trotz Sommerwärme immer schön kühl, auch wenn die Klima-Anlage nicht manuell dazu geschalten wurde.
Das Frühstück ist absolut ausreichend und von sehr guter Qualität. Die Mitarbeitenden machen einen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich. Vielen Dank an Alle und speziell an Jannis, Sandy und Manolis.
Als wir ausgecheckt haben fühlte es sich an, die Familie zu verlassen.

Emplacement idéal , personnel compétant et à l'écoute , très belle chambre confortable et calme .
Petit déjeuner tres agréable sur la terrasse ou côté jardin . Je recommande et je reviendrai avec plaisir .
Tout était absolument parfait!
