Pros:

The hotel is in a great location. Breakfast was good & staff friendly. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite which was fabulous. The rooms are a great size with everything you need & bed very comfortable.

Un séjour très agréable
Pros:

Très bien situé, proche du centre mais au calme, vaste chambre avec une très belle salle de bain. Petit balcon agréable, très bon petit déjeuner. Demeure ancienne de caractère.

Cons:

Ameublement et décoration un peu kitsch.

Kõik meeldis isegi väga ja läheks alati tagasi.
Pros:

Imeline butiikhotell vanalinna ääres, Kreetapärane hommikusöök, õhtul imeline jalutada Vanalinnas, kõik poekesed ja söögokihad 5 min jalutuskäigu kaugusel, Auto sai parkida 5 minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusele hotellist.

Kõik meeldis isegi väga ja läheks alati tagasi.

Great Hotel in Lovely Town.
Pros:

The staff were lovely and friendly nothing was too much trouble they were very happy to help. Lovely courtyard areas to sit and enjoy the buffet breakfast or a glass of wine and relaxing chillout. They cook eggs to perfection. Kept beautifully clean.

Cons:

There were no hooks to put your towel or dressing gown in bathroom.

Pros:

Avant tout la gentillesse du personnel. Mais aussi, l’emplacement idéal. Le petit déjeuner est de très bonne qualité. Les espaces communs sont très agréables

Peut être simplement le fait que notre chambre soit au RDC et donc avec des fenêtres qui rendues « opaques ». Mais c’est cette chambre uniquement

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden hier wieder in der historischen Suite absteigen.
Pros:

Wir hatten die Excecutive Suite. Man sollte wissen das es zwei Suiten in dieser Kategorie gibt. Eine ganz neue und moderne Suite einige Häuser entfernt und eine im ursprünglichen Old Town Stil im Hotel. Die neue Suite hat uns nicht so gefallen obwohl dort alles sauber und war und es auch eine kleine Küche gab. Es gab aber keinen Schrank nur eine Kleiderstange und die Klimageräte sind am Boden direkt am Bett. Der Schlafraum klein eng und etwas stickig bei hohen Temperaturen. Wir den Old Town Stil mit allen damit verbundenen Eigenarten und haben deshalb gewechselt. Neben der älteren geräumigeren Suite steht ein Glockenturm mit sehr extrem lautem Geläut. Uns hat dies nicht gestört. Er läutet auch nur zwischen 07:00 und 22:00 Uhr unregelmässig. Kann aber nerven. Das Frühstücksbuffet war perfekt wie auch der Service. Die Lage ist ansonsten ruhig inmitten der Altstadt.

Cons:

Die neue Suite. Welche man bekommt sollte man vorher erfragen.

This is a charming place that will remind you of why Venice will never get old
Pros:

Casa Moazzo is a charming place to stay. You will look out to their courtyard from your room. The feeling is totally Venetian. Our hosts were genuinely welcoming and willing to do anything to make our visit special.

Cons:

I'm not sure about this. The shower is usually an issue. The floor should be grippy and there should be a place to grab on to. The latch handle issue opening to the balcony I reported to their staff. I'm sure that they took care of this.

Very obliging people who own and run the hotel, would be happy to return both to the property and the lovely quiet area
Pros:

The location in the old town was fantastic, really quiet in the evening. The building has lots of history and all the suites were a different design.
Nice sitting out area , with extremely helpful staff.
Breakfast has plenty of choice and it was great to sit in the courtyard.

Cons:

The stairs were a problem if you had mobility problems. .The first suite we booked unfortunately wasn’t any good because it was up a narrow staircase with out any hand rail, but our problem was soon rectified with a suite in a better location for us.

Fabulous room with everything we needed so tastefully decorated

So much choice at breakfast - individually cooked eggs and such a pretty table

Pros:

Nous avons super bien aimé notre séjour à Casa Moazzo, car tout le personnel est d’une extrême gentillesse et la qualité du service et petit déjeuner sont exceptionnelles. En plus la situation géographique de l’hôtel permet de faire toute la visite de Rethymno à pied. Nous recommandons vivement cette établissement.

Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and it was good to have brewed coffee! Staff was helpful, recommended restaurants and attentive. Location was excellent within old part of town.
